We've become accustomed to letdown these days. Companies don't answer the phone, don't return messages, don't show up, do shoddy workmanship, cut corners, and rip off unsuspecting customers. I was expecting more of the same when a section of my elderly mother's fence collapsed yesterday. Tom, a real-live human being, answered the phone when I called Citywide Fence. Perfect timing everything worked out perfectly. Tom was very nice, professional, personable and helpful.
Tom and Ryan (his son) were on time gave me a time it would be finished and it was done almost to the minute. They are very organized, worked in sync and cleaned up everything. I’m so happy I found them and would recommend Tom and Ryan wholeheartedly.
