I had an appointment scheduled for about a week in advance. I gave the company my address when I set up the appointment. I took off two hours early from work to be at this appointment. B&B cooling did not show up and did not call me that they canceled, when I called the company to find the status of my appointment, they told me "they do not go to downtown St Louis because it's difficult to park".

These guys seem to be a relatively young crew. I got the idea (potentially erroneously) that the older folks in the business/family have been relegated to office work. I got this impression because Chris, one of the guys on-site, was explaining to me that his dad talked to mechanical division of building services when they had a problem with the work permit.
