DIDN'T WORK FOR ME! I'm writing this because I got suckered and I don't want others to make the same mistake.
I have noticed for the last few years that I would get a runny nose and sneezing episodes early in the morning when the A/C or heater came on. I didn't have that problem outside. So, I kept receiving these coupons, from Air Pure, claiming, if you have this problem, they "maybe" could help by cleaning the air ducts. Notice they use the word "maybe".
Well, I agree with another "reviewer", the coupon is a scam. During the estimate

Please, do not work with this unprofessional and unprepared company, "Air Pure Inc." First, their office employees LIED about not being able to reach my mother on the telephone. They claim that they called the exact number we gave but reached a man on the phone who said it was a wrong number. Lies. Then, I called the number that texted my phone about the appointment. My mom has several lung issues.
We hired this company and they cleaned and sanitized her vents.
They charged her $731 for the best possible service! The basic service was $400.
The evening that her vents were cleaned, she ended up in the hospital for a month with severe pneumonia!
When I called and spoke to the manager about warning people to stay away from their home should they have compromised lungs, she got defensive and said it had nothing to do with the cleaning!
There was no apology or acknowledgment that this was their doing!
They never offered the minimum of an apology!

So the guys were friendly but they made a huge mistake and left the air conditioning until off in our attic. Temperatures in Vegas are in the 90's and I had to call in an air conditioning service since we thought it was our air conditioning unit. We had to pay for a service company to come out and tell us someone had turned the switch off.
I called the woman at Air Pure to let her know and asked if they are going to do anything about it and she said no - Really NO? They should have at least paid for the other service who had to come out. I wouldn't use them if they can't even remember to turn

Got a coupon for air duct cleaning at an unbeatable price. Robert W. Was the HVAC technician that came out. Robert was professional and explained my options for duct, return, coil, and air handler cleaning. We agreed to have everything cleaned from ducts to the furnace. Robert provided a quote in writing and spent several hours of his day providing the service we agreed on. Robert sent before and after photos (upon request) and also found a leak at the air handler plenum which he sealed up. He also changed my filters that I had on hand. The coupon said deodorizer, Dryer vent, air duct and a few other services. Tech said since I didn't go for the up charge. It would be to messy to deodorizer the intake vents. Had to ask about the dryer he said oh we Then barley moved the dryer. His presentation for the additional service was confusing an not presented well. His and the helpers appearance was not the best. We got our air ducts cleaned recently and the technicians arrived before the appointment time. They finished the work within the time they informed us it would take to complete the work. They cleaned up relatively well after the work since there's a lot of white residue from the duct cleaning. We're glad the sales rep was able to accommodate our schedule. Quality service.

No one showed or even called for the scheduled free consultation for 1.20.21 (12-2pm). I know times are tough because of covid but this appointment was scheduled first week of January. Im assuming the tech scheduled for that time and day just told them they did their job to get paid. Which they didn't by the way. I'm sorry but I'm already looking for another company. Luckily I didn't have to work that day but imagine taking some personal time off and no one even bothered to come or reschedule.

I don't even know where to start. If I could leave zero stars I would. First off, the technician, Robert, came to give us a quote to clean our air ducts. While counting vents and checking things, he was up in my attic and all of a sudden there was a hole in my ceiling! He came down and said a piece of wood went through and it wasn't even nailed down, etc. He started cursing as I am live teaching kindergarten and my husband is on the phone with customers (and the tech new that!) He finally gets the quote together and it is over $1200. I asked him for a price on replacement of my furnace

The techs from Air Pure Inc did a fantastic job of cleaning my air ducts. They were very careful as to protect not only the carpet but the corners along the wall as well. We had little pieces of brown things fall out of our vents in all our bedrooms and called air pure they came for a estimate the next day. They did an air duct cleaning. Super nice and strait to the point. They did a really good and fast job. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. They had feet covers and masks on.

I called Air Pure for a quote on getting the ductwork cleaned. Robert came out to do the estimate and informed me that the plenum needed to be sealed were the ducts attach, otherwise dirt will continue to get into the ductwork. He showed me exactly what needed to be sealed with pictures and from what I can see in the attic. Robert is very thorough in explaining what needs to done and more importantly, why it needs to be done. I scheduled an appointment to get the job done, the ductwork was then sealed properly at the plenum and all of the HVAC ducts were deep cleaned and sanitized. This is a great

I would highly recommend Air Pure Inc. We hired them to do an annual maintainance work. They cleaned my ducts, which were uncleaned since a long time. This is the 2nd time having this company clean the air ducts in my house. It's been 5 years since the last cleaning and I have the service done again with this same company. We found Air Pure's ad and coupon in a moving packet. Our new home had sat vacant for over a year and the vents were filthy. Plus, apparently, the previous owners never changed their air filters.
