Called about a cleaning for my split unit, and the first words he said were "what's a split unit" I have a bad mold problem and a terrible smell coming from the unit so I wanted a quote on a professional cleaning. When asked he "explained" to me that all I have to do is take out my filter, attach a brush vacuum head and clean out my filter myself. He talked as if I was dumb and didn't know what I was asking. I've already cleaned out my filter multiple times. No matter how much self cleaning I do, that won't help the mold problem. Such a rude way to run business

The previous owners had pets, and it appeared they never changed the air filter. I called COOL BREEZE based on reviews... NO REGRETS! For the first time since moving to Vegas, I can sleep soundly without waking up feeling like I have a lump in my throat!! AMAZING!! The air even feels lighter !! Best investment. Wonderful service! I wanted to have my house thoroughly cleaned and started with my air ducts. I called and spoke with Shay. He gave me a quote over the phone and when he arrived it was actually a little less than I thought it would be! He cleaned my dryer vent also at a discounted price! I just want to say thank you so much to Shay and his team. You guys were so respectful with my wife and I when you came to clean our air ducts. My wife gets pretty serious allergy symptoms in the Spring and after Shay finished she hasn't had any of the nasty allergy problems she usually does. We had no idea we needed to have our air ducts cleaned every few years but the difference it made was huge (we have cats, and Las Vegas is full of allergens). Don't be fooled by there rating, if I could give them a ZERO star rating I most certainly would. All they do is try and "up" sell you and more than double the quoted price. Not an estimate, a quoted price based on the number of vents size of the house and so on. But no your vents need a "deep" cleaning he said. Haha how do you deep clean a metal HVAC duct. These are the people that give reputable companies a bad name. I can only warn others that these people are on the prowl. Well go prowl elsewhere. Good luck with your little money making scam.

I would also like to mention the unprofessional actions of this company. Immediately after posting my review and pictures on Yelp, the tech, Idan, that was at my home, called me from his personal phone and asked me why I had left a bad review. Not the owner...the tech that was at my house. I felt that he was trying to intimidate me. I informed him that my review stated only the facts of what I experienced along with picture documentation. Idan did GREAT job! He explained everything. How he would clean the ducts and the dryer vent. We were offered the UV light with no pressure from Idan, and we declined. We did, however opt for the permanent filter. No fuss, no mess! We highly recommend Cool Breeze. We'll be back in a year for another dryer vent cleaning! Thanks Idan!!!

I had the most amazing experience! The technician Jov was very friendly and helpful- he explained every step and gave me a great price. I live in a rental house and the family who lived here before us were smokers, and I can honestly feel a difference in the air, it's so much cleaner. When Jov first arrived he was very friendly, did not try to upsale me on anything, explained all of the services and pricing in detail. Upon completing the vent in my sunken family room his equipment got caught on the tile of the stairs that are in the process of being remodeled. He was dragging the equipment up the stairs like a suitcase. Instead of trying to lift the machine up he decided to pull on the machine and yank it up the stairs. Shai (pronounced "Shy", just in case U wanna ask for him by name) was great & did a SERIOUS job snaking my dryer vent for excess, leftover, caked-on lint. After he cleaned it out and ran the (electric) dryer, it got considerably hotter much quicker. You could definitely sense a difference.

Thrilled that I was referred to CoolBreezeLV for all vents (Really needed the dryer vent!) to be cleaned. Shay is a 'gem''; very professional and very kind to our kids ( our Westies!). I am so happy we chose this company. As first time homeowners, we knew how important it was to have the vents checked in our '89 house. Shay was very professional when we spoke on the phone, the questions he asked me about our home gave me relief that he knew what he was talking about. He worked with me on our schedules. He showed up promptly when he said he would and got right to work. I'm a clean-freak, so I was really happy when he put on his little booties every time he entered the house. He even removed them in the garage and put them back on when he came back in!

Called to have my dryer vent cleaned out, at the advise of the repair man who came to fix my dryer that wasn't heating. said that had to be the issue being that the dryer is new. from what I could see in the vent it was pretty spotless, I just bought the place. I could feel the vent flap was catching something on the outside of the house. But being that it's on the second story I couldn't get to it. Cool Breeze came out looked at it and yes my hunch was correct. He literally bent the flap and it was fixed. I was however charged $79 what I saw was advertised as the dryer vent cleaning

Shay from Cool Breeze did an excellent job cleaning the air ducts in our house. He arrived on time and was very friendly and polite. He was also very kind and respectful to all my pets, which was awesome. Our ducts were so covered in dust and dirt they looked hairy! It was disgusting! We just purchased the house and who knows how long it had been since they were cleaned, if ever. Shay took his time and did a good job on each vent. It has been several years since I had air ducts cleaned. I called Cool Breeze yesterday and was given a 2 hour window today for service. He stopped by on time, put on booties, and looked inside my return vent. He told me they were just fine and no need to service today. Then he looked at my dryer vent and showed me how he determined that it was also fine and needed no service today. Based on the honesty and good advice, I am recommending Cool Breeze even though they ended up doing nothing for me today. I will keep their number and call back when I do need service!

I am very happy that I chose Cool Breeze. I was fit it on the same day of his busy schedule. The serviceman was professional, neat and shared his knowledge regarding troubleshooting problems in the future. Most importantly, he didn't try to upcharge me as other companies wanted to do. He charges a reasonable flat fee for his service that is more than half of his competitors. I would definitely use this company again! Call him first!
