Our furnace went out and my husband called 4 Star Heating and they ordered and installed a new furnace for us as quickly as humanly possible. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. The service and craftsmanship went along with companies name 4 Star. They not only installed our furnace and left no mess but they stayed and made sure that our furnace was running with the proper furnace air temperature rise. Many people do not know that if your furnace air temperature rise is not correct it will shorten the lifespan of your furnace, so they made sure it was correct to maximize the efficiency

I had a leak in my crawl space (due to shoddy work from a previous plumber service). The first business I called never returned my call, the second business told me it'd be 2 week. So I called 4 star and Hank came out the next day, fixed the whole situation in a matter of about an hour. Fast, quality service and quick response time. They'll be my first call next time instead of my third!

Frank and Hyde were incredible and we cannot say enough good things about Four Star! After getting an estimate from Jay's Heating for 3500.00 for a new furnace and being crest fallen not sure how we would afford that we called for a second estimate. Honestly I would have been delighted to save 500. But Frank and Hyde were professional went right to work. They were courteous and did a super job. And save us 3200.00! Thank you guys. These guys are awesome. Rob is great and really understands your needs and gets guys out to you ASAP. I had John and Fred come out to my office the next day first thingin the morning. They took care of a serious problem under an hour at a reasonable price. These guys do not over charge and do not round up the time to over bill. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Years ago 4 star did the install and maintenance on a home I was renting. I remember they were polite, timely, and helpful with questions. This summer I had a water heater go out on me in the middle of summer on a Friday. When I called, Rob was able to give me rough quotes over the phone. I either needed and expensive gas water heater due to the code requirements for a mobile home or he would have to run a power line and install a less expensive electric one.
