We have used Shearer Plumbing on multiple occasions and every technician has been professional, hard working and they cleaned up after themselves. They just solved a complicated clogged drain problem we were having, and they previously installed a new sump crock, solving our leaking basement for good. I can’t say enough good things about them! I had an emergency AC issue. The girls in the office were very friendly and helpful. The tech called me when he finished his other job and was ready to head to me which was very helpful. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. I now have a new company to use when I have issues! Thanks Shearers!!

On Friday, 5/21/21 I had scheduled for a technician to come take a look at the pipes under my kitchen sink because there was a small leak, and the receptionist said she didn’t have any openings on that Friday due to many people needing their A/C repaired. I was fine with that, and she said that she could schedule me at 8:30 a.m.-9:00 a.m. on the following Monday, 5/24/21. I said that would be perfect and she let me know that there would be a $99.00 service fee to come out, which I acknowledged would be fine.
So, Monday comes and I checked in with my husband to see if the technician had diagnosed
