7,400 sqf, new construction Cape Cod in flag lot house is located in Encino, California. We were able to achieve a modern look in this Cape Cod house by using 50 pendant lights by the entrance, V-shaped shelves in the wine cellar, and a blue-colored island with a modern shaped breakfast table. Used a rustic touch in the selection of tile and design, while still keeping paneling, the fireplace and cabinet design more traditional.
Located in Westwood, California, Morgan & Company's space had more light introduced by selecting natural white oak display cases. We maintained the original architectural detail of the brick ceiling and fireplace, but with the lighting and display case changes, the original details were brought to new life.

Angie really helped my remodel project go from “functional but boring” to “Wow I’m so proud of my place now!” She is very professional, and has contacts within her industry to help implement her ideas.
I was impressed with her ability to envision my entire project way before we even began construction. It was a pretty substantial project but she was able to stay focused (and help me stay focused) on the plan.

I hired Angie as a designer and project manager for multiple mini projects. 1) living room accent wall 2) kitchen tile replacement 3) powder room remodel 4) baseboard/trim replacement.
This was my first time going through design/remodel process and Angie did an excellent job with not only her design vision, but also with managing all the project details and communication. I am so glad I had Angie to manage the multiple contractors. Angie is lovely. I am in the process of a divorce and have had to downsize. I lost 1,000 sq ft of living space and went from a 3-car garage (great for storage) to just a carport (no storage). I had boxes I couldn't unpack because I was out of space, and my children and I were living with clutter everywhere. Angie was undaunted by the size of the mess. She dug right in, working alongside me, to help me pare down and find storage solutions. I was embarrassed by my mess, but I never felt judged by Angie. She worked within my budget and could not have been more kind, helpful, and professional

Angies professionalism and skill are top-notch. I was introduced to her by a friend who worked with her in the past. I was told her design esthetic was of the highest caliber, and from the work she did on my house, I couldn't agree and recommend more. Angies patience and personality were invaluable on this project. Everything was done in the budget we discussed and knows all the best local service providers.
