J. Myers & Associates brings both a designer's eye and a background in the building industry to model home merchandising in the Portland, Oregon metro area, and cities throughout the Pacific Northwest including Seattle, Washington. We go beyond typical home staging to successfully brand and merchandise your new housing development.
Step 3: Construction Documents: During the first phase, the details of the work to be completed are documented. The details include finish selections, millwork, lighting selections, flooring, paint, and plumbing selection and location. Then the scope of work and package pricing will be created. The second phase will include bids and selection of contractors.
The desire to change the look and convenience of my waterfront condo was realized gradually and successfully with Jennifer Myers. The year long project was very well managed while I remained in residence. Her patience, knowledge and good taste insured a positive result. She listened carefully to my questions and ideas, incorporating them whenever possible - and contacted very experienced and respectful contractors to make it happen.

I’ve known Jennifer for over 10 years and when it came time to sell my house she made excellent improvements to the look and feel in a very organized and thoughtful manner. It was amazing to watch her work as you could see the wheels turning in her brain. Then she went out shopping and found the perfect pieces that made my home light up! She is amazingly talented and I am going to hire her again to design my living spaces in my new home.

I hired Jennifer Meyers to do space planning and interior design for our new location at D' VIDA injury clinic and wellness center. Hiring J Meyers and associates was one of the best decisions I made. Jennifer Meyers' Company completed the space planning for our entire project including six treatment rooms, back offices, front reception, etc. Jennifer was able to see the vision I wanted and put into life. I must say, I was truly amazed that despite the setbacks, budget constraints, and problems with the contractors, this project came out truly beautifuly and on schedule. Although Jennifer's schedule
