Roger and Jan were easy to work with at the beginning. Unfortunately who they order cabinets through did a very poor job on delivery. When that happened the communication with them also started to degrade. I ended up having to call them to get updates instead of being informed.
I know being a middle man in a deal is not always a easy job but getting almost no updates and having to wait a day or two to get the updates you end up asking for is very frustrating.
Again I know its not their fault for the delays but the lack of communication or lack of refund and/or help getting one from the cabinet

R&J Cabinetry provided stability in a time of stress in providing custom cabinets for us. Fantastic quality and outstanding prices! Jan provided exceptional professionalism and expertise in the process. Easily accessible and made the entire process pain-free. Actually, enjoyable. Cabinets were installed by Nik Greene of Next Level Cabinets who was not only amazing, but handled some other customizations and repairs to our kitchen outside of his standard work as a cabinet installer. Both Jan and Nik easy to contact, flexible schedules and great communication and service.

R&J Cabinetry made my move into my new apartment as easy as it could have been. A bachelor had lived there before and although the space is large and beautiful, there were NO cabinets anywhere except a few in the kitchen and in the bathroom. R&J designed beautiful cabinets for the living room and dining room, one a large wall unit and the other a line of cabinets in the dining room, that are elegant and classic. I give R & J Cabinetry an A plus for service. I remodeled most of my kitchen without a contractor's assistance to help save money and Jan was so helpful in educating me on cabinets. In addition we used referrals from R & J for installation of the cabinets and purchase and installations of countertops. I love my cabinets and new kitchen and would recommend them highly to anyone looking to update their cabinets.

What a great experience we had dealing with Jan and Roger at R & J Cabinets. We had a need for a number of very specific custom cabinets for our kitchen. No one else we contacted could help us. Jan was able to connect us with a cabinet shop in Salt Lake City (Crown Cabinets) which could make exactly what we were looking for. Jan came to the house, made suggestions, measured accurately and ordered the cabinets. The cabinets were delivered on time and without damage. Happily the order was exact and complete and was not missing anything. The cabinets are well made and quite affordable. Jan even recommended

I had an excellent experience with R&J! Roger was extremely helpful, worked with our quick turnaround time, and helped us keep to our budget. I had many back and forth issues with Home Depot prior to finding R&J, and I'm so glad I did. The cabinets turned out amazing and the installer Nik was also efficient and quick. Highly recommend R&J to anyone looking for beautiful and affordable cabinets.
