Cabinet Warehouse

The people that work in the Aurora store are very dishonest. They were not upfront about what was not included in our order and when we cancelled our order the next morning they tried to charge us a fee. Do not go to this store.

Sierra M assisted me today with a cabinet display. I have to color her a gold star. She is most professional, her expertise left me in awe. She made sure that display was going to fit perfect. She took her time answered all our questions & made sure we understood.
On top of it all Sierra was so kind, she made us feel as we matter. Another great thing, its by appointment only, in order to have undivided attention. Therefore, we will return for other purchases.

This company has the worst customer service

When I saw 2 1/2 stars on yelp I should've known better not to go in here I've learned my lesson the hard way

The products are like many and all the other stores there's nothing unique at this store except their poor customer service

After spending over $1000 they want to still charge for delivery

You set up your delivery and then while you're waiting for your call to see what time it's going to arrive and find out that no one scheduled your delivery as they said they were going to do

Then when they finally do schedule it

This is long over due. I had such a wonderful experience with Pablo. He really went out of his way to make this project work within budget. Reworking the design to make it what we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. Our kitchen is beautiful and we are really happy with the cabinets. Thank you so much Pablo!

I saw the sign off I-70 that says 'Public Welcome' (or something like that) on the Cabinet Warehouse building and decided to stop in to price out cabinets for my kitchen. Genevieve was the only person there and when I told her my budget you could tell she was NOT interested. I immediately felt embarrassed that I didn't have more money and it was clear she really didn't want to deal with me since I wasn't going to be a big spender (she must be commission based). She did draw up some plans for me with the dimensions I provided and sent me the plans within 48 hours. I responded

Honestly, my review would have been 1 star if it weren't for the ever helpful and patient Pablo and our amazing installer Eddie. We were locked into using Cabinet Warehouse due to needing an exact match of some cabinets we already had and if we had a choice from our initial experiences we would have gone elsewhere. For most of this transaction we worked with Genevieve and had an absolutely atrocious experience between miscommunications, delays in installation, her mocking us for our questions asked and ignorance to general cabinet knowledge, and inaccurate measurements. What a horrible experience! I have not felt so disrespected and disposable by a company in a long time. As recent homeowners, we have been remodeling our home and the low prices were obviously attractive to us. We placed an order on the 6th of April and were expecting to wait 4-6 weeks for the cabinets to arrive. Here we are, 8 weeks later (June 6th) and still no phone call so we called them. They informed us that our cabinets had been sitting in their warehouse for a month! They said they have a record that they called us on the 7th of May, but clearly we never got a message.
