I called about having a small leak in the roof coming from around the chimney area repaire. We set up a date and time for him to come out a few days later to look at the roof. On the morning he was supposed to come out, I received a call from him asking me about what was wrong with the roof. AGAIN, I told him that there was a small leak around the chimney. He proceeded to meet me promptly at the designated time and then asked AGAIN what was wrong with the roof and I told him again that there was a leak around the chimney. Had a roof leak that made a water stain in my kids bedroom. JLM said they would fix the leak for $200. They told me they would send someone out but never did. After repeated calls they kept giving me the runaround by saying "I'll have someone out there tomorrow", but no one would ever show up. Now the problem Is even worse because it has since rained while looking for another company to fix this. These guys can't even keep their word! AVOID!!

He did not listen to what I wanted to have done and I routinely had to correct him on what I had originally told him to do. The work was decent quality and progressing until he randomly showed up at my house without calling first prior to completion of the job asking to be paid. Against my better judgement, I paid him in full and he has not returned to finish the job. I have called him several times to complete the job and have now given up and will be having another guy finish what he didnt do.
