Currently in the middle of a project and communication has been pretty bad. Work so far seems to be coming out pretty good (based off my unprofessional eye). Just be ready for the communication to just be completely off if you're the type that likes to be in the loop. If you're the type to just sit back and let them do their thing without being communicated, then you're good.

*update...we still are in contact through text. He came out took pictures of our unfinished pillar 2 weeks ago. Said that it would be taken care of by that Friday. Friday came and went I reached out he then said the following week I told him Thursday and Friday we were out of town I agreed to leave our gate open so they could come fix it he was ok with that. Then he reached out to my husband and said he wanted us home so it would be Monday again. Monday came and he text again rescheduling to Wed. I built a custom home in Newport Beach in 2017, wow what challenge. I was alarmed at the level of supervision that the so called professional contractors needed. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else. A lot of other contractors will tell you what you want to hear to get a meeting but then jack the price up on you later on and waste your time. We used Bella Vista to remodel our existing swimming pool. We kept it simple and just changed to a salt water system, plaster and tile. Bill was very professional and helped us do the project at a reasonable price. His team was on time and worked clean and neat. The project took three weeks from start to finish. We are super happy we found Bella Vista. We had looked at a few other companies but so many of them were not working with the proper licence and insurance.
