I called and emailed 7 different pool repair companies. Paradise was the only one that got back to me, and it was the same day. I was given a fair quote. Marty came out between the hours he gave me. He was nice and polite. He fixed the problem right away. Thank you, Marty!!!! I'll make sure my new neighbor next door gets your number, too.

We have been using Paradise Pool & Spa Care for the past 2.5 years. They were referred to us from our home warranty company. Marty has saved us thousands by working with us to fix our very old system and recommending we fix instead of buy a new one. We now use his company to do our weekly pool service and any other maintenance that arises . They are responsive and quick to come out and fix any issues we have.

They were sent out by my home warranty company. Diagnosed problem as a bad gas valve due to rodent urine which isn’t covered by the home warranty. Here are my issues with this company.
1. No response when I contact in regards to getting a price for what it would cost out of pocket.
2. Back panel of pool heater not put back in place.
3. Since they never responded I had another company come out and service my pool heater. There were absolutely no issues with the gas valve it was simply shut off at the meter. Which yes I should have known but being new to the area and natural gas didn’t want

I called Paradise Pool and Spa Care on Monday, afternoon on Oct 18th and spoke with Marty. I told him the heater for our spa was not working. Marty said he would come check it out the next morining about 9:00 am. Sure to his word, he showed up at 9:00am the next day. He quickly figured out what the problem was and fixed it.
I would highly recommend Paradise Pool and Spa Care. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Marty came out right away when called to diagnose a problem with my pool equipment. It was determined the circuit board had failed. He was able to locate the hard to find replacement board and within the next day, returned to replace the failed part. He arrived when he said he would and completed the job professionally. I would highly recommend him if you have problems with your pool equipment

Honestly, Integrity, and knowledge is what you will get when you are dealing with Marty. I had an issue with my variable pool pump and placed a service claim with my home warranty. They originally sent a service provider, in short, more interested in fixing the pump without going through the warranty. I requested a second service provider to give a second diagnosis, hence Marty. He supported my situation with the home warranty and got me a new pump replacement. Marty will give you no BS, just the facts. I highly recommend Marty and Paradise Pool & Spa Care Inc.!!!

I had 2 other pool companies come out to my house here in Canyon Lake about 8 months ago prior to Marty at Paradise Pool and Spa and they had no idea what was wrong with my pump. Marty came out diagnosed the problem, ordered a new pump and had it installed and running in about 48 hours. Also treated pool while not running so I didn’t get algae. So, 2 days ago the pump was acting strange and throwing the alarm code. Texted Marty and within 3 minutes he sent me a text back what he felt like the problem was. Paradise has been phenomenal with my new pool ownership needs. They were 1 of 5 different services that I bid for monthly maintenance and they came in the most affordable and do all their own work if my equipment needs improvements. Speaking of, Marty has now helped me on two separate occasions. He offers more affordable solutions when available, his quotes are detailed and concise, and his work is impeccable and timely. Paradise has taken all of the stress out inheriting pool problems from the previous owner. Very grateful that they were able to help and look after my investment!!
