Services
A maintenance is a preventative cleaning and inspection of your heating and/or cooling system. We check all components, pressures, and change basic 1 filters (14x20, 16x20, 20x20, 20x25) and so much more depending if you have gas or electric. We also do ductless heat pump cleanings as well. Let us help you with your next heating and air conditioning project.
We are crazy! We bought a 15K duct cleaning machine. It puts the ductwork under negative presssure. We have an IntellaHepa Vac that hooks up at the furnace. We have a Honda compressor system that has the whip that can go up to 100', the compressor system will agitate the dust in the ducts and then the IntellaHepa Vac will suck all the dust that has been agitated.
We do direct replacements of water heaters (gas, electric, and propane). We make sure everything meets code, including: new water flexes, expansion tank, earth quake straps, and water stands. You can also upgrade to a tankless water heater. Enjoy unlimited hot water and endless showers. We can convert your regular storage water tank to a tankless super easy.
We have a variety of heat pumps ranging from 14 SEER Single Stage Heat Pumps to 20 SEER Variable Speed Heat Pumps. Air Conditioners are great for beating the heat. They are super easy to install on existing furnaces and are a great option if you're not in the market for a heat pump. Check out a concealed box.
This is a pre-paid or monthly pay maintenance program for your homes heating and cooling system. We will perform a yearly cleaning on your home heating/cooling system, including basic filter change or wash (if applicable). If you have cooling we will also be using our special coil cleaner to clean the outdoor unit and indoor coil.

Beware before purchasing. Won't stand behind work. Kai is the rudest business owner I've ever encountered. Nice to your face when handing over thousands of dollars, but no follow up afterwards and is nasty to you if you have any problems or concerns with equipment. Lied to about lowering heating bills. After installation, energy bill increased significantly. I ended up getting a new HVAC company to maintain equipment and eventually replaced the units with a more appropriate HVAC system designed for my home.

My furnace wasn’t igniting and my house was freezing! I called and a really nice and professional woman named Kai assisted me. She was able to get me in SAME day. The gentleman that came out.. Dylan was really nice, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my heat ( a cracked thing inside) and now I don’t have to freeze anymore lol def using their services again and will refer this company!

What's better than finding an honest professional efficient polite reasonably priced local family-owned business to assist you when your heat pump dies a long slow death? Nothing! CH&C nursed along our old furnace until it finally gave out then helped us select a new one and installed it in one day. Friendly, fun, on time, under budget, and the new heat pump works like a dream. Hey, maybe this a dream... Nope! Look no further. These guys and gal are truly the best.

Kai, Corey, and their team were all fantastic from the get go. We are new to the area and called a few places to get a quote. Not only were they the best price but their customer service was better than you would get from a big company. When Kai came out for the estimate she did not try to upsell us on anything but told us exactly what we would need for our list of wants. Big companies want to brag about how big they are and how much they spend on marketing, not Kai and Corey, they are normal people trying to assist you in the best way possible. If I could give them 6 stars I would!! Totally recommend

Five Star Service! I asked for a quote from 3 companies for a heat pump. Community Heating and Cooling came in with the best bid by far. They were professional, timely and responsive! They came and did the whole job in just one day. They also worked smoothly with the bank who financed us. They cleaned up after they were done as if they have been never there and provided me with good training on the system. I highly recommend using Community Heating and Cooling. Kai is so kind and helpful in every process. She rocks! Michelle returns and answers my calls so promptly! The guys who installed the system were very polite and respectful. I was home all the time they did the work and they were very respectful! Best of all is they cleaned the area they worked after they’re done - like they were never there! Our home is now comfortably warm and I’m looking forward to a comfortably cool summer time!

My furnace went out the day before 20 people were coming to my house the week of Christmas. I called Community first because my Father had used them in the past and was extremely impressed with their level of customer service and care. Unfortunately, because it was the week if Christmas they were all booked up, but Michelle went above and beyond with the customer service and talking things through with me. Ultimately I was able to get the furnace running myself. Michelle's level of care and concern was amazing. Best customer experience I have had all year. Community is the real deal.

We had a wonderful experience with Community Heating and Cooling. We did get a couple quotes for air conditioning from different companies, but we were so happy with our choice. Not only did we save a lot of money, but the customer service and work was excellent. There was no pressure to buy anything we didn't need. I got responses by email almost instantly. Their employees were super polite and respectful and I felt comfortable with them being at my home. I would highly recommend them.
