We moved into a new home and it was recommended for us to perform maintenance on our heating/air conditioning unit. Eric came out and cleaned our units and performed a functional check. He went beyond the servicing and gave us advice on things to look for and improved functionality of unit. I highly recommend Pacific Air Heating and Air Conditioning.

I had a ductless heating and cooling system installed last year, and we ran our heat so much more this winter. But my utility bill was still lower!!!!I am super happy about the savings. But I am even happier today when it is a billion degrees outside. My home is a cool 70 degrees. I'm in heaven. The Mitsubishi system has no carbon emissions so it is so it is better for the environment and safer for my family. They are awesome, and energy efficient. The install crew is top notch. And the install manager is thorough and helpful. I can't say enough nice things about Pacific Air.

Do you want air conditioning? Last year I was on the fence about installing it. I am so glad I did. Pacific Air installed a very energy efficient, zero carbon emission, ductless Mitsubishi system in my home. Now I am chilling. They are the coolest company around. Very pleased, highly recommend. Installed new cooling system to our existing gas furnace and replaced broken electronic air cleaner with 4" filter that should greatly improve indoor air quality. Professional team, inspected in & under home (took photos of unpleasant crawl space). Installers cleaned up as they went along, very polite & friendly. Wore shoe covers (Thank You) every time they entered home.

Really impressed with customer service - probably the best service in Olympia in seven years of living here. The staff on the phone are professional and thorough. They don't just help with scheduling, they ask questions, listen, and explain what to expect during the service visit. We were interested in converting a wood-burning fireplace to a gas fireplace. Pacific came out and did a quote, carefully looked at our fireplace, mapped out our gas line and options to go to the new fireplace, and explained the options to us and next steps - informative without any pressure toward any option. Pacific installed a new heating and air conditioning system about three years ago. We were pleased with their work and delighted with the result. We have an old, drafty house but the new furnace warms it nicely and the new AC is even more welcome in hot weather. Pacific recently performed maintenance work, including cleaning, changing filters, and some adjustment to the thermostat--important because we have mobility problems and cannot easily do this ourselves. Scheduling the work was easy and the work was done with courtesy and efficiency. Would definitely recommend Pacific.

Pac Air & Heat was GREAT! They responded promptly when my furnace quit working. Tech explained (and demonstrated) what was wrong, and why. Staff discussed options and costs, and I ended up buying a new furnace. Bundled with a new water heater for big savings on the install labor. Peace of mind! I've never had to deal with a leaking hot water tank. What a mess they can make. Randy came out to take a look at it the same day I called. He was super nice, on time, and wore his mask the whole entire time.
This is when amazing stuff started to happen....Phil showed up!!! What a great guy and is very knowledgeable about his hot water tanks, heat pumps, and furnaces. I totally was in awe of him. This company is very lucky to have him.

Pacific Air Heating and Air Conditioning tried to take advantage of me. My furnace stopped working right at the beginning of the COVID-19 quarantine, so I fearful of having multiple vendors come out for repair quotes. After Pacific Air tried to scam me (see full story below) I ended up having my furnace fixed by another company for less than the diagnostic fee paid to Pacific Air.
My furnace stopped working in March of 2020, I called Pacific Air and they sent out a technician the next day. The tech determined the motherboard was fried and needed to be replaced, but said he did not recommend this

My furnace went out in the middle of a blizzard at 4 pm or so on a Sunday (today). I called Pacific Air and spoke to Jim who sent Phillip out to my home within an hour and a half. Phillip fixed it in minutes. Now there's heat again. I wasn't even charged the $250 diagnostic as I am a PAC member. I was pleased with their work before, but now am a 100% loyal customer. Kudos to them!

Pacific Air may be good for others, but I'm sorry to say it didn't work out for us. There were some pluses so I don't doubt that some may have good experiences w/the company. The negative part was mostly with our Pacific Air tech that visited & our perception of his diagnostic skill level, and also on how the company does pricing. Jacqi from the office was very professional & also reassuring with us, which is nice when your house is cold and you need help. So she's a keeper, if management is reading this. She did send someone out same day, which is a plus too.

I purchased a complete new system from them, the air compressor and the air handler. The installation guys are great, but their management lacks behind. They told me I can get more than 1k in rebate from PSE, but they failed to provide me with the required documentation. It has been a week since I called and nothing happened... I guess I will either dispute it with my credit card company or take them to the small claim court for false information.

I had someone come to my house, spend over an hour discussing the work we wished to have done and then stated he would send us a quote. A week goes by and I have not received anything so I call Pacific Air and am informed someone will contact me by Monday, and no one does. I call back again and explain what has happened, the man I speak to states he will contact the technician that came out and call me back. I get an email from the technician apologizing for the delay, but no quote (and no call from the man I spoke to). I respond to said email asking for the quote. Another week goes by so I call

Service was quickly scheduled within a day when my gas furnace stopped heating! The Tec was even early and was able to find a loose wire in a matter of minutes! Causing a lower voltage, he could have just replaced the entire regulator but he saved me money by just fixing the issue!

The guys at Pacific have saved us twice this year. Once when we needed a chimney install, and once again at Christmas when our furnace went down. They are reliable, responsive and quick. I trust them - all of the technical folks are kind and helpful, going beyond what was required. You should give them a try when you need mechanical work.
