I just saw your response and I want to set one thing straight. I did not curse at anyone especially Rick. I was extremely cordial to him the entire time and never raised my voice. I raised my voice at Nicole for denying what she said and she was giving me an attitude on the phone and insinuating I was a liar. If the word ridiculous is a curse word then I apologize, but I did not curse at her. I don't deal with people I disagree with through cursing and if that's what you do then all the power to you. Excellent!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could! From the estimate to the installation and clean up, Chris, the owner as well as each one on our install team--Jon, Paul, Jack and Gilberto--everyone was a fabulous! Pleasant, punctual, efficient, effective and neat. This was the second time we used Command Comfort to install multiple AC Mitsubishi heat/cool units. First was in our house in 2015, and this time with a new house on a laguna beach hillside, they handled the permit process with the city and managed the install on a steep hillside, getting it done on time despite a rain storm in the middle

Had a technician by the name of Rick come out to inspect our 2 split AC units. Not only was Rick knowledgeable of the work installed, he took the time to explain how to properly care for our AC so in the long run it’ll last longer and more efficient. He took the time to answer our questions and concerns and gave us his personal number. This is an updated, additional review - few years after I first used Command Comfort's service in my Cypress home. This time, I used their services for a single family home in Fullerton.
I appreciated the call 24 hours before the appointment, as a reminder. I appreciated the call when Rick was on his way to my home, as it allowed me to get my home situated (baby and the dogs). Both Rick and Chris wore booties and offered to wear a mask inside my home, also noting they were vaccinated.
I originally hired them as a second opinion on the condition of the 30-year old HVAC unit. My main concern

Command Comfort /Jaime I want to thank you for the great group of guys that were sent to my home to do the install on a Mitsubishi ceiling cassette. The team worked like a well oiled machine. Need a job done send in the “A” team. I truly appreciate the work that was completed. I will in the future have my current old AC system replaced again requesting the “A” team to complete it. This review is long overdue, but we had our mini splits installed around the beginning of summer. Best decision we ever made and at the perfect time to help us get through the heat! Jamie came out to inspect and recommend which systems to install. He was great at communicating and helped us with all of our questions! Paul & John did the installation. For 4 mini splits and 1 outside system installation it took 3 days. The job was a little more complicated than originally thought, but they were professional, courteous and on time. Mitsubishi mini split a/c and heating in 3 rooms. I had made up my mind to use another company when Nicole messaged me to set up an appointment. There was something about her that made me say sure why not so I set up an appointment. Jamie showed up and was very patient with all my silly questions and explained everything to me and I felt he was being sincere and honest. I am very pleased with my entire experience with Command Comfort. Especially Paul and Jon- the two technicians who came out to install my new AC. From the very beginning, they were professional, took the time to patiently walk me through the process and ask my opinion about aesthetic options , and were very friendly and easy to talk to. We installed our split air conditioners in 2018. From sales through installation and regular service the people have provided professional service. Whenever we call the office, we receive friendly and professional assistance. Today, we had our annual tuneup; the maintenance representative called ahead to let us know he would arrive shortly, he worked quickly and quietly, he explained the service and the invoice fully. We have always experienced excellent service.

I wish I could give 10 stars. Today my technician arrived for my regular service visit and gave me great news about the status of my unit that was installed by Command Comfort. Everything checked out perfectly and since I'm a member of their service club it didn't cost me a penny for today's visit. The tech was amazingly knowledgeable and professional and arrived on time. I'm so happy with the service I receive from this company. It is consistently the level of service I (or anyone should) expect, even during Covid. Our Mitsubishi mini-split hvac system had some issues and hadn't been serviced in 5 years. Jack and Rick arrived to set it right. They were wonderful. Easy to talk to and explain the issues, made good suggestions for going forward and recommendations for future service that will be needed. They were very knowledgeable about our equipment unlike someone we had a few years ago for a minor problem. Update, on the software aka my only complaint that again had nothing to do with the company. The last few months it has worked perfectly!! The instant I turn it on on my phone, about 5 seconds later it's on. When we have been away from the house, it's awesome to pull up the temperature in the home and make sure it's at a good level for our pets. Just wanted to update that the application software has dramatically improved!

We are extremely happy with Command Comfort! Jamie worked hard to figure out the best way to route the new system and ultimately came up with a great solution. Jamie was very responsive via email and he answered all of our questions! The installation team led by Jack was equally as amazing! Jack was very patient and actually found a better installation route. He also made sure all of our concerns were addressed! Lastly, I had to get the permit approved quickly and Nicole helped with HERS scheduling and sending over the results to me quickly.

Where to start to express how amazing Command Comfort is... long story short, we had a dual Mitsubishi system installed. One side of the house was ductless and the other side, replaced central. Mitsubishi made a mistake on our BTU. After it was installed, Command Comfort could have just walked away, but they didn't... Jamie and his team continued to act as our champions with Mitsubishi until it was resolved. It was seamless for me and my family, as Jamie, Nicole, and Jack - managed every aspect of dealing with Mitsubishi and resolving the issue. I can't thank them enough.
