We used this company to do our driveway 2 years ago. We have tried to call them back numerous times since then and have left at least 3 messages to repair/add on to a small section of the driveway, and no one returns our calls. We like to support local, but feel very disappointed in their responsiveness. Their quality was good but their customer service is lacking.

I had my driveway and front side walk done in June 2016. My side walk is not level and puddles right in front of my steps and I am afraid I will fall this winter on ice. My asphalt has weeds coming up through the driveway and it's only been 5 months. this was a complete tear out not just a resurface. I have called many times no one comes out to look at it or calls me back. I would like it fixed before winter. Charlie the father did not do the work. The son did and when I tried to tell him about it he screamed at me over the phone. I call the state attorney office and file a complaint. Very disappointed

Charlie's paving recently paved my parking lot and driveway for my business in East Rochester off of Bluff Drive. He was personable, accommodating and respectful. He was very responsive and flexible with my schedule. His team got the work done quickly and the end product looks great. I would recommend this service to anyone.

I have had a terrible time with service since the passing of Charlie. I had a brand new install with tear out and I have cracks, low spots where water collects. They promised to seal this year and repair cracks have called numerous times - nothing no response. I saved a long time for this driveway and I had all the confidence that Charlie would have completed the job just as he described - without him it was not completed properly. I'm very disappointed and fear that it will begin to crumble and heave in my areas of concern

Charlie and his crew were hired as subcontractors when our street was resurfaced last year. I called the office to see if they could do our driveway as long as they were in the neighborhood. Charlie himself called me back, answered all of my questions (of which I had many) and gave us a very fair quote. The job was done on time and their work is meticulous. My neighbor had his done at the same time and had a minor issue with the finish on one edge; they were back on the same day to make it right. They take pride in their work and it shows. Highly recommended!
