KPODJ was started in 2002 as a DJ service company for private events. Since we networked well with other DJ companies, we saw an opportunity to make extra money by ordering DJ gear wholesale and supplying the DJ's we worked with. Since we offered heavily discounted prices, word spread fast and the phone started ringing for DJ sales more than services.
DJ MIDI (musical instrument digital interface) controllers are designed to enable DJs to interact with the music stored on their computers. What kind of DJ you are will determine what hardware you prefer. Most mobile DJs want a simple layout with minimal effect and scratching capabilities. As for performance DJs they will want an interface that feels good and lets them interact with their computer seamlessly.
There are many options with professional DJ software. Depending on what you will be doing with your DJ mixer software most of the time and what hardware you prefer. Unfortunately my first experience purchasing from KPODJ has been terrible as my pending order was placed over two months ago. Upon purchasing, I didn't receive tracking numbers until I inquired. Turns out 2/5 tracking numbers I received were incorrect and the items didn't ship. I didn't find this out until inquiring with KPODJ rather than them letting me know about the mistake.
They explained that this was an issue with the manufacturer. When speaking on the phone with a KPO rep, they took no responsibility and casted blame on the manufacturer.

After much research I came across KPODJ. With good reviews and a good price i purchased from them. While there was a delay with their vendor, they went above and beyond. They responded to all my emails right away. They even called me 3 times to keep me updated with my purchase. They sent out my item directly after not getting straight answers from the vendor. I have found my goto store for any DJ equipment. They provide the best customer service hands down! I needed some laser lighting but due to COVID, stock levels have been very low everywhere. Initially I didn't reach out to KPO because they were upfront about the delays on their website. I went through another retailer who said they have it in stock… and will ship soon after I place the order. But that did not happen. So I reached out to KPO to see how long of a delay they have. I worked with Joe who reached out to the Laser light manufacturer on a Friday evening just before they were closing

After you buy here you never go back to other store.... I made this my favorite and ONLY store for 8 plus years and I would never buy anything from any other stores.
