A vented attic is, without a doubt, the most hostile environment in a building. It can reach temperatures of over 150° in the summer and be well below freezing in the winter. Highly highly recommend. We bought a home with close to zero insulation left in the attic and winter weather was coming fast. When I contacted Mike, he was at my house to give a free estimate within two days. Within two weeks he was able to have his team come and do the work. They did it in one day and left no mess to clean up. The results of the work have been remarkable. Now, the temperature in our house barely fluctuates. We are in the process of remodeling our home and converting the garage into living space. We hired a contractor to do the foam insulation and he committed to do our job on a certain day and we had other trades scheduled to start a few days later. Well, the contractor never showed up, did not respond to any phone calls or text. The general contractor contacted Anchor Building Solutions on Saturday morning and Mike came to our house Saturday Afternoon, gave us a price and said he could have it done on Tuesday. The Anchor crew showed up on Tuesday and did a fantastic job. We had to divide the project

The attic insulation has decreased our gas & electric by almost half. The owner, Mike did the work himself and you could tell that he really believed in his product.
