MJ Mechanical's HVAC commercial contracting department is well established with certified welders, pipe fitters, sheet metal mechanics, and control technicians. We have been winning contracts on commercial and industrial heating and air conditioning projects throughout Western New York area.
MJ Mechanical's methods for process systems take a traditional system design and fit it into a self- contained unit on a frame, that can be lifted and moved as a single piece of equipment. The advantages to this approach range from off-site construction in the controlled environment, to short project timelines, reduced equipment footprints and less OSHA exposure hours.
The Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) professionals of MJ Mechanical Services are pleased to announce their certification through NEBB, the National Environmental Balancing Bureau, to perform Building Systems Commissioning. The objective of Systems Commissioning is to ensure that the building systems and equipment are installed in accordance with contract documents, and that they operate as intended by the project design team.

We used MJ Mechanical 5yrs ago for our first home, we been in our new home for a yr now and needed our furnace replaced. MJ Mechanical is the best. I have never had any problems. The workers are polite and hard-working. We will be calling MJ Mechanical back in couple months for ac replacement. The best company to deal with. I will always recommend them as well as use them.
