This company is COMPLETELY unprofessional…. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had an appointment and they never showed, came the next day and “fixed” the problem only for it to do the same thing 4 days later. (And my hot water tank is a tankless that is 3 yrs old) I called at 2:00 and they said they would be here between 4-6, 7:15 comes and the manager calls me and says they won’t come until Monday now. So I’m left with 4 children and no holt water for the weekend. And all he could say to me is “sorry ma’am, that’s what we decided”!!!

We called for routine heating maintenance ahead of the winter, and Mohammad was on time and really friendly. He gave a lot of good, honest advice and replaced all the filters that needed replacing. However, even beyond that, he noticed a bad, BAD issue created by the former homeowner. Mohammad explained the problem, emphasized that it needed to be fixed quickly, and within minutes had gotten us a price quote and taken a deposit. He left us feeling really secure and calm knowing that Sunbeam would reach out to schedule a time to finish the complex repair.

We had a water leak around our furnace. Sunbeam came out. Couldn't find the source. They intimated we needed a new furnace. ( Ours 10 yrs old. ). After they left we turned off the humidifier and the leak stopped. ( sunbeam never cked this). Called another heating company. They found that the drain for the furnace and humidifier was plugged. Unplugged drain and problem fixed. (10 min job). Even tho we have a contract with Sunbeam, we will not have them service our furnace or air conditioner.

Mohammad and Roger were awesome! As a new home owner, I wanted to make sure that my system was good to go for the Winter and beyond. They were both informative, provided me with insight on what they were doing, and signed me up for their service plan which is absolutely worth the cost. Why? I'd personally always like to make sure I can get someone here when I need them, in case of emergency, and without spending a fortune. If you need professionals to do this kind of work, I highly recommend them.

Love these guys!! Honest workers!! they have been nursing our heating and cooling units for a couple years without pressuring to buy new. always here fast and very pleasant!! Super knowledgable! our AC finally died. and they were here the same day to try and repair, but nothing could be done. (book now $595)
Got appointment 2 weeks out- company changed appointment date 2 times after date set, and then came unannounced a day early. Tech told to just vacuum ducts. Didn't have any extra equipment on van.
**Tech was great. Friendly and Professional(would give tech 5 stars)
No before video (tech offered to use phone to try and take a few pics)
No sanitation, deodorizer, or after video.

I had maintenance service on my furnace. I had a schedule between 10 and noon for their arrival. They were kind enough to call me to let me know they were running behind schedule and then called me when they were on their way. They explained everything as they were servicing the furnace and showed me where the problem was. I found them to be honest and their prices very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Sunbeam Heating and Cooling.

Very suspicious how my thermostat stopped working a week or so after I had this company over for routine periodic maintenance on my central air. One guy seemed to know his way around, but he sent the apprentice over to look at the thermostat. Lo and behold, it broke down--nothing was wrong with my system when I called them in. To have them back out would be another service charge plus parts and labor; they said they are not responsible.

Came back from vacation on a Sunday night to find my hot water heater shot. Called Sunbeam the next day before 9 AM, figuring they'd be swamped on a Monday morning, but they told me that they'd have someone out here as soon as the new tank came in. To my surprise, I had a new tank before noon.

DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT CALL THEM! What a shady company! I called them because during our record heat our air conditioner stopped working. Not only did they tell me that it was shot but that I also needed a new furnace to the tune of $10,000. I believed them (because who would lie about something like that - esp. a reputable company) but wanted to get some other estimates. Luckily KJ Mechanical ran diagnostics and told me that both units were fine and they didn't know why I would need to replace them - heat exchanger not cracked as I was told. They added Freon to my air conditioner

I had a maintenance contract with Sunbeam (for heating and central air) for a year and a couple of trouble calls for the aging furnace. I don't have complaints on the work that was done or the courtesy with which they did it. However, I became very uncomfortable because it seemed to be routine for them to suggest additional work of a questionable nature. In my opinion none of their suggestions were warranted. I just caution folks to seriously question recommendations for additional work.

I called this company for an emergency furnace fix, when they were still called Sunbeam, because they were in the phone book with "24 hour emergency service" on their ad. They sent out a tech promptly even though it was 10:30 at night. He quickly diagnosed my issue and was back the next day when the parts came in. I signed a maintenance contract soon after - I pay them $100 a year to come once in the spring to maintenance my AC and once in the fall to maintenance my furance. This is a LOT cheaper than paying for a visit after there is a problem and gives you the peace of mind that everything
