Rob initially returned call promptly
Managed to fit repair into his schedule same day.
Refrigerator worked properly for a short time. Three more times Rob had to return.
When contacted that same problem was happening, refunded cost of part. Didn't come back out. Final word, Whirlpool had to send a technician

Rob was great, came over right away and fixed our refrigerator ASAP, very nice and professional, also extremely reasonable charge. Would be my first call for appliance repair now and would certainly recommend him.
