Scott's Appliance Service, LLC is a family owned and operated business. Scott's was founded by James Scott in 2001 in Louisa, VA where he lived with his wife and kids. After spending several years building his business; his wife's career brought their family to Daphne, AL in 2005. Since relocating, Scott's Appliance Service has grown from a one man show to a company that services areas all over Mobile and Baldwin Counties, and Pensacola, FL.
At Scott's Appliance Service we provide service on all your residential kitchen and laundry appliance needs. We are a factory trained and authorized major appliance service center for all your household brands such as GE, Samsung, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Whirlpool, Kitchen-Aid, Maytag, Jenn-Air, Amana, Bosch, Thermador, Asko, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Miele, Fisher & Paykel and more.

Ellen was so nice on the phone and scheduled our appointment promptly to check out our broken dishwasher (right before Thanksgiving, no less 😱). The service call fee was reasonable. Our technician, Zack, was prompt, polite, and incredibly transparent with us about what our options were. We ultimately wound up needing to get a new appliance, but I will be using Scott's for our future repair needs!

Excellent service! Reginald was courteous and respectful. He worked hard to try to fix our Samsung ice maker in a refrigerator that is 18 months old. Because it is a Samsung, it could not be repaired. My advice - if you have appliance issues call Scott's Appliance Center. If you need a new refrigerator DO NOT buy a Samsung!

Person came and obviously did not know anything about Samsung refrigerator even though they were listed as repair for Samsung. He was on the phone while here asking questions to someone. He said it could be one of several things. They said they would come back the next day. Never showed up. The next day we received a zero dollar invoice. We called to ask if they were coming back?? She said she did not understand. She needed to get authorization to order parts and collect the $90 minimum fee. We said we received a zero dollar invoice and had no idea how much parts would cost. While we didn't follow through with the repair of our washing machine (as recommended by Zach the technician due to the parts are no longer available), I still will recommend these guys as they are very professional, prompt, and certainly courteous. If I have appliance issues in the future they will be my first call!

Technician showed up to check the Ice maker on 09/03/2020. He stated that the temperature was too high to make ice at 17 degrees. So, he turned down the temp & said that I'd probably need a new ice maker. I asked him if he would be ordering a new ice maker and he said yes. After waiting a couple or weeks, the ice maker never started making ice so I called them to see if they ordered the ice maker (since I never heard anything) Woman on the phone stated that it was ordered but it hadn't shipped yet. Well, that was over 2 months ago & I still haven't heard a word. Thankfully the ice maker started

Our brand new Thermidor refrigerator stopped cooling after only 2 months. Mike serviced the fridge, but unfortunately I had to call him back around 3 in the afternoon. He arrived by 4 and did not leave until 7 in the evening. What I most appreciated about Scott’s is that Mike’s responsiveness to my call and would not leave until he was satisfied that the fridge was fixed. I have to believe that many repairmen, when you call 3 in the afternoon, would say that they will be there first thing in the morning, but not Mike. I will definitely be using Scott’s again for all my appliance repair needs

Quick response-next day. Refrigerator wasn't cooling effectively. The day before Mike (the technician) arrived, we reset the power to the fridge. This may have corrected the problem. But, Mike performed a thorough exam. He explained that although the fridge was showing a little bit of it's age, it was now functioning properly. He elaborated that there could be many possible causes for the non cooling issue. But, whatever the case, it is working properly now.

Fast, friendly and efficient service. Technician identified problem quickly and though a part was needed for repair when the part arrived a follow-up appointment was made and was completed within a few minutes after the same technician arrived. I'm very happy with Scott's Appliance and will definitely call again when the need arises.

I have a self serve dog wash and do a ton of laundry every day. My washing machine broke down and I was in a panic. I called Scott's Appliance and spoke with the nicest woman who got someone out to me THAT day. I'm not sure what would have happened if they hadn't helped me that quickly. The service tech was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it - which usually never happens - turns out it was something simple. I highly recommend these folks. I'll never call anyone else now.
