The overall customer service have been superb!! The only issue has been that it appears that there's a group of about 3 or 4 individuals (both male/female) residing in one of the storage unites. They hang out most of the day in their unit and each time i drove by they pretend they're working inside the unit. In addition, they leave there car doors open, hoping to persuade customers from driving down the isle and when you do drive by they do close the car door, but they all give you an intimidating look as you drive by. Just makes you wonder what this group does at nite tome when the facility is

I've rented here for years. Always at least one but at times two units. I've checked other places for rent before and they've been ridiculous compared. I can come and go as needed. The area is gated. Quick hassle free renting and access. I haven't had a problem with others messing around with my stuff when I come and go from my vehicle. Each building has a lift to bring things to the second floor, centralized. Moving things from lift to either end isn't far. To sum it up. Worth it.

DON'T SUPPORT MILITARY- My wife and I have had storage here for years! Recently I retired from military service. After turning in all of my military gear we no longer need storage. We requested to have our unit prorated for 7 days into the month to have the last few items removed and they flat out refused! They would rather take 23 days worth of retired veterans money for an unoccupied unit than work with us to pay for the last few days we need (after years of payments).

I checked out a lot of places before finally deciding to go with the right Storage Unit. I talked with the front desk regarding the safety issues I have read about and asked to talk with the owner. This Family owed business went above and beyond my expectations. They explained they had camera surveillance as well as a night time security crew come through every night a few times a night to make sure the place was safe. I have a storage unit there for over a year and I have been pleased with the customer services I have received. I highly recommended this storage unit!!!!
