Before storing your possessions, we recommend that you place a sheet of heavy plastic on the floor to protect them from moisture that is absorbed by the cement. 1. Inspect the unit and make a list of supplies you might need, like newsprint, bubble wrap, tape, drop cloths, mattress covers or peanuts.

Very nice little facility. Well kept up and clean. Only downside is that they are limited on heated storage. I'm not sure why someone said they were expensive. They are one of the most affordable and least expensive facilities in the area. You can't beat $90 for a 10x10 when others are charging $100+ for one that's not even heated.

This is a horrible storage facility! We had our belongings here for 2.5 years @ $85/month and lost nearly everything to rodents….2 trips to the dump to get rid of furniture that was destroyed by rats!! They tried to make it better by offering me 23 bucks…didn't take it. About $5000 down the tubes.
