BE CAEREFUL. DON'T GO HERE ALONE. Today I had a horrible experience at this shortage unit. My husband and I went up there to get something out of our unit. I went to use the bathroom, and was greeted by a man yelling and cussing me out from the other side of door. Scared the hell out us. This place is already scary and then having a man cuss me was too much to deal with for an expensive but low quality storage unit. Be careful going here, and if you want to use the bathroom, just know the door is old and although it might appear to be open, it can possibly be occupied. The door is old

I've kept a small space here for a few years now, and I've always appreciated the honesty and friendliness of this place. It's not the fanciest facility, but it's served well enough.
I was going to consolidate my stuff from the small space here to a larger space I have with another storage facility, which is fancier, newer, and closer to home. I've been there just a few months, and am finding that the new facility plays games with the rent, and the upper management there is fairly rude. I'm sorry I tried it out.

Great place for long term storage. We needed to pack away books and a desk for a few years, only coming by to drop off our stuff and pick it up when we ended our lease. This is a definitely a value storage place with business hours and a maze feeling to it. Overall it was a safe, clean, and dry place to store our items for a long period.

I researched the many storage places in the area before settling on this as the most affordable option I felt comfortable with. I'm genuinely surprised at the negative reviews; it's been about a year since first moving my stuff into one of their units and I'm overall satisfied with my choice.
There are cons, which for me have been minor enough to ignore for the price. Most of the luggage carts won't steer a straight line, the freight elevator is the scariest I've ever been on and it's pretty easy to get lost in the building. Navigating the empty, enclosed stairways

I was surprised to see the negative reviews here, so I figured I'd leave a comment: Any time I've had to deal with the people at the front desk, they've been super friendly and helpful. I have a couple of minor nitpicks, but the prices are lower to reflect what they offer: It's an older building, for sure, but that means they have a wider variety of storage space and their prices were better than newer buildings. I don't doubt that these other reviewers had negative experiences, but I've been happy with my experience there, and with what I get for my dollar.

Nah, the person who had a bad experience with Paul wasn't lying. Paul spent five minutes on the phone before he got to us. He then proceeded to lose our reservation, kept claiming he "couldn't do anything about it," and kept babbling on and on about random life experiences that we clearly didn't care about. The place in general was, for lack of a better term, sketch. The elevator does not look safe at all. Really creepy, unsafe, unprofessional vibe. 0/10 would not try again (Public Storage next door is much better)

I had an incredibly bad experience with the manager Paul. I called to rent a storage unit and Paul quoted me the price I agreed to it and told him I would bring my stuff in the late afternoon. He advised me to get there before 6:30 or he would be preturbed and also jokingly told me not to come when Judge Judy was on. I admit I hit terrible traffic and got to A1 at 6:17pm, Paul would not let me rent a unit even though it was one trunk load and could have been done in less than 15 minutes. He said he gave me explicit directions that I didn't follow. He told me before 6:30pm, not that it

I have been a customer for nearly a year and live on the other side of the country. I have had made two attempts, one in person and one over the phone to set up autopay and both attempts have failed. I have left voicemails with no responses and continue to get over due notices. I finally reached the manager of 15 years and asked for a one month discount and he was admit that they owed me nothing. I told him I would be sure to review him and he said he would be sure to reply letting you all know that I am "bitter". There you have it - if you're looking for rude and incompetent service

I am a customer of this business, and highly recommend it to anyone in the area that could use a little extra space. The service of the staff, particularly the manager, is friendly, helpful, and understanding. They have been so since I first began renting a space. I recently ran into a financial jam, and the management graciously and nonjudgmentally worked with me and gave me time to make it right. Without this help, I could have easily lost all of what I had left in terms of possessions that are personally valuable.
