Absolutely horrendous company. Complete lack of customer service. They will overcharge you when your move's over, their men will take 15 minutes smoke breaks every hour on the hour which you are paying for. They also won't bring power tools to disassemble any of your furniture. They bring little tiny hand ratchets that would come with an IKEA put together yourself type of furniture And when things get to your final destination and are broken, their claims process will take forever. And the absolute worst part of all this is that you can never get someone to email you back or call you

I would rate this company but they never even showed up to give me estimate. I waited twenty minutes past the allotted time and still no one showed up and no phone call. This after two telephone calls from them confirming our appointment. When I finally called them I was immediately put on hold. When the woman came back on she said "he did have someone before you ". Not I'm so sorry for your inconvenience or please let us make this right. I told her I was disappointed and hung up.
