I can't tell you how happy I was with Erich's expertise and craftsmanship today on a couple of projects I needed to be done around the house with some locking mechanisms.
First off, let's talk about how responsive he was. I sent him a note Sunday evening (during a holiday no less) and he contacted me within about 30 minutes to discuss my project even though it wasn't an emergency! He showed up when he said he would, practiced recommended pandemic protocol :-), and listened while I explained the issues I was having with a combination lock as well as my desire to re-key the entire house. The deadbolt in our front door has been tricky for quite a while... one day it just stopped working. We were leaving on vacation in just a few days. We called Erich and he came out the next morning, even offering to come that night if we were nervous about having an unlocked door. Now the lock works beautifully and I wish we had called him months before! He is kind, conscientious and meticulous... thank you Erich.

I had a front door that no longer closed and so I called Erich to help me with the removal of the door and the putting in of a new one. Erich picked up the door for me at the store, cut the old one out, hauling it to the dump, then helped frame the new one, painstakingly measuring and aligning the door until it was perfect. He then installed the new lock. He is methodical, thorough and dependable with a deep sense of integrity. I was so grateful for his help.
