Arrow Lock Service has been family owned and operated since 1986. Its founder, Mike Martin, worked as an apprentice for a few years before branching out on his own and starting his own locksmithing business. Over the years he passed his knowledge and skill to his son. In 2011, Bill Martin officially bought Arrow Lock Service and has used both his automotive mechanic background and business expertise to grow the business where it is now.

I needed help opening an outside cluster mailbox, so I phoned in, and a locksmith came to my residence within the hour! Donny was very quick, but also personable and willing to give me pointers about future servicing of the lock. I would definitely recommend this company. The gentleman who answered the company phone was also very personable.

I really could not have asked for more. Everyone was asking $140+ to rekey my fob. But all it took was $60 and 6 minutes OR LESS.

Home Depot wanted $75.00 and wouldn’t cut my blank key. They said I have to buy “their” key.
And you know what the dealer would charge you.
Super friendly and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

They are AMAZING. So basically I went to Honda because my key broke off from the key fob, they were going to charge me 170 for the new key and programming PLUS towing costs. They also wanted me to make an appointment. Then I went to Arrow lock service and they were quick, cost 60 bucks and my key works perfect. I strongly suggest you come to them before trying your actual car manufacturer!!!! If I could give them ten stars, I would.

I recently bought a 2015 Grand Caravan to build out for camping. Since it came with only one key fob, I read Yelp reviews to find a good service to add another. Arrow answered the phone on the first ring, quoted firm price and checked inventory, all within a few minutes. When I arrived there half an hour later, Bill, the owner, recalled the conversation, grabbed a new fob and had my needs accommodated within 15 minutes. Fast, friendly, reasonable service with a mask obscured smile. I'm their newest fan!

Shout out to Bill at Arrow Lock. I called and he was super helpful with info. He didn't rush me and he didn't pressure me. He just wanted to help, which he did. In fact, he pretty much talked me OUT of buying what I was thinking of buying, for MY own good. I didn't end up doing business w/ him this time but I told him next time I need a lock service I'll call him for sure.

I moved into a new house and was amused when the previous owner handed me a baggie full of different keys for all the external doors (front door, back door, garage side door, shed door). I was planning to change the locks anyway for peace of mind, so I called around and got the best price quote and overall vibe from Arrow Lock. They were able to accommodate an appointment on short notice, and also assured me it was no problem to work around the moving company and cable installer who would be in/out of the house that day.

This guy was great! I had to get a key cut because Chevy's machine was broken and they recommended this place. The guy was friendly, quick and he made sure to explain the auto programming process to me; my key worked and it was fantastic. If I ever need to get keys cut again, I'm going to this place.
