Actually I haven't been to many dealers to buy a vehicle but Rands was great. They were very open and above board. They showed us where all the money was going. I had done all my "shopping" online and found a good price on my Highlander..... there at Rands. They gave us a fair deal on our trade in too. Thanks to Mike and the boys.

I only have great things to say about my experience at Rand's. I was attracted to Rand's because they had a few RAV4s that had good looking vehicle history reports. The test-driving and purchasing experience was hassle-free and the workers were all helpful and pleasant to interact with. They actually stand behind the vehicles they sell and were willing to help me out with a slight tire issue AFTER I bought the car. You will be hard-pressed to find any dealership that would do something like that. I hope I can talk my partner out of buying a new vehicle, so I can purchase another used vehicle from

I despise car shopping. I get so tired of salespeople who pressure and are condescending. I'm also disgusted by the price listed on high mileage cars, thousands over high book. That is not the case at Rand's. Their car selection is the best I've ever encountered at a used car lot, salespeople are there to help and prices are reasonable. Used car lots would have a completely different image if all lots were of Rand's caliber. I'll start with Rand's for future used car purchases.

A breeze to work with! Bought a car with them in 2019. We went to so many dealers during our car buying process and they were the nicest, most helpful, and had the best deals. Also offered us the best trade in value. Unfortunately the car was totaled in 2020 in an accident, but they then worked with us very, very quickly to get our refund for the service contract we had purchased. Had I not moved out of state, I would have 100% bought our next vehicle from them. The car buying process from Rand's was headache free and we were never pressured. Seriously, check them out!

I highly recommend Rand’s Auto Sales in Salt Lake City. I live out of state and was shopping on line for a used Audi. They made the whole experience easy and efficient! Their pricing was superior to any other used Audi listed on line and their service was incredible! Within minutes they got me approved for a loan which had an incredible rate. JR the salesperson picked me up at the airport and made the entire sales process easy and comfortable. So I was online all week looking at cars I was interested in.... I found Rand's and was concerned because I had never heard of them before! So on my first day off we headed up to Rand's to check out the cars. We looked at the cars on the lot and they had three. I went inside and Caleb was there! I told him what I was interested in and he grabbed the keys! He took a copy of my license and I was off on a test drive ! The process was so easy and absolutely no pressure! Caleb handled the financing while we went back to grab a check! By the time we got back...financing was done and the car

My family has used Rand's auto for a long time. My parents have purchased multiple cars from Rand's and we purchased a van and a truck early on in our marriage. My siblings and two of our children have also bought cars from Rand's. Our youngest daughter went to Rand's recently to purchase a vehicle and was treated so terrible by the salesman. It was very surprising. He treated my daughter and I like we were annoying him and we were bothering him. If you are planning on purchasing a car from Rand's, don't use Corbin as your salesman. Use Cayden. He is the one to ask

Went in to this car buying process by doing all my research online. Endless reviews and you tube videos of reviews of certain cars. Once I narrowed my search to an Accord, Camry or other mid size sedan I began reviewing dealerships. The reviews and prices on their cars are just about untouchable with the rest of the market place. I arrived and looked around. Once I found a few I wanted to take for a spin I walked in and let them know. Matt helped me and my wife with no questions asked. We found the car that we were looking for and soon there after drove it home. A great experience with no haggling

Rand's is like no other dealers I've been to. No haggling, no obscure fees, no flashy salesmen trying to set you up. Just nice people working to match you with your dream car. I was looking at buying a 2015 RAV 4, and Weston was very pleasant to work with. He trusted us (our jaws dropped when he just gave us the key and told us we had the car for ourselves as long as we needed to drive around and have it checked with an independent mechanic), and was very upfront about pricing. We spent a little more than 10 minutes on the numbers to get a very reasonable deal. I can't recommend

Weston helped me find a car that was a good fit for me. I thought I wanted a Prius, and he really seemed like an expert! He was very knowledgeable, answered any and every question I could think of. He helped me to narrow down to a couple models and even helped me figure out how to position my harp inside the car so that it would fit (yes, a harp fits inside a Prius!).
