They came out that day and fixed my fence. We needed the gate fixed so we can adopt a dog. They are coming to do a home visit. We told him our problem and he came out super quick and came back the next day to patch a place in the fence the dog could fit through. I would definitely use them again! Great customer service!!!

I didn't even want to give them one star! They are horrible at answering their phone. Not one business can be that busy where they can't talk to you when the phone rings and then they never ever call you back. Oh and made an appointment with them to fix our existing fence or maybe we need a new fence and they never came out to the appointment. This isn't the first Lenawee County company that we have dealt with that never came to the appointment or called us back.. Terrible, I don't know how any company that does this to clients or possible clients are in busy. Never will use them again. Now as

Awful customer service! Was told they would come out to give us a quote on installing a fence and gates but they never showed. We contacted the company and they responded by asking us to re-schedule for next week. I understand people get busy however we adjusted our schedule to accommodate them and they never showed. To make matters worse the are located 5 minutes from our home. Such a disappointment.
