I called Certified Mold Company, to make an appointment about mold in my kitchen.
I asked George, the person I spoke to, if there is a charge for him to come out. He said no. He came to my house and told me there would be a charge of $625
for an inspection, air quality, and mold testing.
I spoke to John, the Manager, on the phone, and he told me that if I don't pay him today, he will put a lean on my house. He was very rude and sarcastic.
I do not recommend this company to anyone.

John is a complete professional. From the initial call, to the actual mold inspection, he was very courteous and took time to explain everything. I called Certified Mold Testing several weeks after the great Arctic freeze back in February. My home sat with water damage for several weeks because all of the restoration companies were all booked solid. I called John to come out and assess the damages for me. He scheduled me in last minute, and came over quickly to provide me with service.

This is a wonderful company. George did my initial testing, protocols and post testing. He is clearly very knowledgeable about mold. Additionally he is a patient and friendly guy who was willing to answer my many many questions and explain the situation in a way I could understand. I highly recommend them! They will guide you through the mold ordeal with professionalism, expertize and kindness.

Our house was flood by a broken tubing connected to the toilet tank while we are on vacation. After clean up the mass and use Level Pro to get rid of the mold. We want to be sure that our house is completely free of mold so we search for a company that can do the test. John was great. Very knowledgeable. We learn a lot from him. He was very helpful in guiding our remediation process as well. We highly recommend this company.

I too had an excellent experience contracting with Certified Mold Testing & Consulting. My husband & I are relocating from Honolulu, HI to Houston, TX, and made an offer on a beautiful high-rise condo unit in Houston. We are very familiar with Houston. Upon inspection during our option period, our contracted inspector found what looked like a repaired leak and resulting water damage. The Seller was an Estate so we did not receive a Seller’s disclosure. Our realtor called in Certified to test the affected areas and Certified sent us their findings report within 24 hrs; they reviewed their findings
