Wow!!! This company is absolutely amazing. We are so thankful for their fast response, incredible customer service, and going above and beyond during the inspection. Jessica spoke was here for two hours working on the inspection but also answering in detail all of our questions. I would recommend this company to anyone. They will spend the time to help with the issues. We have been dealing with lots of companies over the last few weeks with different problems we are having and drymore has been #1 to work with by far.

Just an excellent experience all around. From the Fast response on the initial inspection to the full clean-up after the mold removal. Roderick protected my floors. Matthew and Roderick removed all of the contamination trash completely. Even the mold removal job itself was first class. Precise cuts in the sheet rock and removal. During the removal Matthew kept me abreast of what was going on, what new they found, etc. Recommend them? Absolutely!

The folks at DryMore were recommended to us when another large chain (rhymes with Rotten) failed to perform proper water remediation following a leak in our condo. Jessica performed above and beyond what was expected. The company assisted us with photos to provide for insurance claims. They have been the one good thing throughout this ordeal and should be your first call if you suffer any sort of water damage.
There are some bad companies that will not do a complete job of water remediation which can lead to mold.

Drymore was very helpful in our mold remediation as a result of the freeze in February of 2021. Our insurance company dragged their feet on paying our claim and as a result mold formed and when we finally got our payment it wasn't as much as we needed to cover everything. I spoke with 3 other companies and Drymore was the most supportive. They worked with us on what we could do with what we were given from insurance. They explained the whole process in simple to understand terms and made us feel very comfortable with the process even though it was a very difficult time for us. The inspector was

It’s understandable that there’s a waitlist due to the Arctic freeze. But to be rude and short about it is unprofessional. In addition, after giving the lady my zip code, she immediately said that they were not servicing “that” area?? Ok yes, this sounds very discriminatory to me. So I asked “why?” And she firmly and rudely said, “We’re only serving the Katy area and have over 500 orders!” Ok, then show empathy and lead with that instead of gathering details just to say no. I’m glad we didn’t spend a dime with this company. Discrimination is unacceptable and always has been

Great company! We needed Drymore for a mold remediation project. They were quick to send someone out the next day and were very thorough with the inspection and estimate. All my questions were answered as to the best of their knowledge and were very informative about the process that was needed to be done. Their estimate was reasonable and less than other estimates that we got. The workers were punctual and work was completed on time. We were kept up to date of the progress and Stephanie from the office was very helpful and always kept in touch. They really made this process quick and hassle free

Drymore was able to isolate a problem with a water leak that had been missed by other professionals for months! They were quick to schedule and perform mold remediation in two areas of our building. Their workers were polite, professional, and thorough. There was never a question about what they were going to do as they explained everything step by step. I highly recommend Drymore Mold Removal!
