We are based in Doylestown and have been in business for 23 years renovating some of the older Historic Buildings in the area. We started back In 1994 with the renovation of an old mill built in 1714. The 12,000 sq ft mill, now called the 'Water Wheel, ' was an old Grist Mill that had been abandoned for 3 years.
I was impressed by how thoroughly you helped me understand the process and by your professionalism. We have finished off many basements and attics over the years. From the basic basement finish for a space for the kids -- all the way thru to a workout space -- radiant floor systems -- cocktail bars and media rooms -- wine cellars, saunas and anything else you can think of -- we can do it and have probably done it.

We are a licensed, trained and certified Weatherization Contractor licensed by the state of Pennsylvania. Our energy audit provides you with metrics of air changes per hour in your house and identifies, in order of importance, in a 15 page report.

I had a very good experience with this company. I first used them to remodel my basement. About a year later, a tree came down on a portion of my house and I used them again to repair the roof and interior damage. I was very satisfied with the work.

Be aware of shady practices from the owner. I planned to use a few contractors for an entire floor renovation which I clearly explained to Jon the owner. He agreed to provide a line by line estimate of all work for $295. He went on to explain that the estimate would apply to any part of the work I hired him for. He also told me the estimate would likely take him about 3 days to develop.
I emailed Jon the full scope of work. In less than 10 minutes he provided me a boilderplate estimate with no cost information except the total cost. He gave me 72 hours to accept his estimate for all work or said
