What I remember most about the construction of our basement level is all the preparation work that Tad did before the finishing work. The builder left pipes and various duct work all over the place and jutting out at odd angles. After the carpenters came through to frame the rooms, Tad spent hours measuring, remeasuring, adjusting angles and most importantly redirecting and hiding pipes and ducts.
This resulted in ceiling spaces that are clean and crisp. He exceeded our expectations. He also suggested that we make the ceiling at the foot of the steps a 'focal area' by building in some special moldings and installing paintable wall paper to give the ceiling there some texture. The kitchenette area came out beautifu too!
Tad's tile work is one of his very special skills, including designing in a textured niche above the sink, which really brings the room together. On the side, Tad loves to tinker with sound systems. He installed a surround sound speaker system for us that we love. If you have a basement space that you think you cannot finish because of how the builder laid it out or what the builder left behind, talk to Tad.

The whole space was totally renovated, with adding more ceiling height in a bathroom area. We cut in 3 more windows along the side. Custom cabinets and closets was made from quartersawn canadian walnut. Bathroom area is all radiant heated including a shower. White marble is honed Dolomite. Other stone is Britannia Limestone.
Thirty feet of solid cement block foundation was cut out and replaced with double French doors and windows, allowing natural light to fill the new entertaining space. Steel support beams and columns were installed. By moving the HVAC, water and gas lines into the soffit we were able to add significant height to the room.

We have worked with Tad for 7 years now. He has done major remodeling of our guest bathroom and has transformed our entire kitchen. Tad is extremely meticulous with his work. Very pleasant to be around. Has a good eye for aesthetics and quality. And if you ever have any questions or issues big or small, he addresses them with a smile! They remodeled our bathroom and fixed our leaky pipes, they also fixed our kitchen ceiling. We loved working with Tadas Fine Remodeling. Tadas came thru for us on our master bath remodel which we are very pleased with. It's been almost a year now and he has always been available to handle any concerns or issues that we brought to his attention. We had a walk in shower put in place of our tub with plumbing redirected and to say the least was a complicated job. He let us know about some imperfections in the walls that needed to be made plumb for proper tile placement. I'm already thinking of future jobs for Tadas when we are ready. Highly recommend him.

My wife and I used Tadas Fine Remodeling for a complete bathroom remodel. The crew gutted everything in the bathroom, replaced the vanities, the toilet, rebuilt the shower, painted, and installed all of the tile. Their craftsmanship was superb! Like any remodeling job, there were a few unexpected bumps along the way, but they were all addressed immediately and successfully. The entire team was 100% trustworthy and professional. They are masters when it comes to both communication and execution. Truly a fantastic company to work with, and I will use them again in the future. Very highly recommended

We had to expeditiously replace a 4 X 4 tile shower, with a failed shower pan, in our Master Bathroom. Insurmountable problems appeared to be: Saving the wallpaper around the old shower; repairing a waterlogged area of wallpapered wall when we had no matching wallpaper to cover a repair; fitting the old custom cut frameless shower door into the new shower entrance; finding tiles to match the rest of the large bathroom all tiled with now unavailable 4 X 4 tiles; repairing the ceiling above shower separating from the wall.
