Glen Deal has been servicing the Septic Tank Pumping needs of the Verde Valley since 1996. He began his career working for another septic tank service and made the switch to his own business over 20 years ago. He does business in the small area of the Verde Valley the way small business should be done: personal treatment, quick response, fast service, and reasonable prices.

I called Black Hills to pump out our septic tank and they sent Justin and Tim. They were reasonable, on time, pleasant, honest and very professional. I have used Black Hills before and that is the reason I called them again. I would highly recommend them for your septic tank service when you are ready. You can't go wrong with them

Terrible service.
only interest was in making the income from pumping.
reported that our leach field was in need of repair, but when we hired another company to repair leach field, they found the diverter valve just needed to be turned.
this company could have cost us tens of thousands of dollars, and when i let them know of their mistake, they were absolutely unapologetic.
beware!!

Arrived when they said they would, were quick and courteous in their work and charged me exactly what was quoted. What more could you ask?
FYI if you're getting your septic tank pumped by any company, you should locate and dig out your inlet and clean out (and the outlet if you want that inspected) before they arrive.

Excellent Service!! After 15 years I knew it was time to get my tank pumped. The only problem was I only had an idea where it may have been, but thanks to Glen and crew they were able to find my tank - in a location that wasn't even close to where I thought it was.
They found my tank and had me pumped and cleaned out very quickly. I was also impressed by how clean their truck was - they must wash it 5 times a day!
I would highly recommend Black Hills Pumping - they got the job done fast and for a reasonable price.

These guys were great! Excellent job. Came quickly, were the least expensive quote, were polite and kind in person, work efficiently and did not do more than I needed. They also were very helpful at problem solving over the phone. Best service in the 25 years I have owned a home with a septic system.

When I purchased my house, the seller used Black Hills Pumping for the septic inspection. They claimed to have inspected and pumped the septic tank. 1 1/2 years later, my septic backed up. It is apparant that the second chamber was definitely not pumped and I seriously doubt the tank was even opened up. There was a crushed pipe found on the outlet side of the tank. The company I used to pump the tank told me the crushed pipe would have been discovered if a proper inspection was done. DO NOT USE BLACKHILLS PUMPING!!!
