We are building a new home and have had a number of hurdles but the septic system was not one of them. I contacted Kelmac and they took care of everything. The system was installed without issue. In fact I changed the location of the leach lines after starting the permit process and Kelmac knew what would need to be done for the new design to pass inspection. This has probably been the easiest and trouble free aspect of our build so far.

I needed a second opinion on my septic system issue. The septic tank company I use highly recommended Kelly. I am so happy I called him! He was on time, professional, and most importantly...honest. He took the time to explain how everything worked and answered all of my questions. I will ONLY call Kelly the next time I have a septic problem.

So I call this guy (Kelly) to get a second opinion on an estimate I had just received to repair my septic system. I emailed him all the info and docs that I had received from the company. (Real Estate deal, not my choice) He reviews them, we talk and he winds up making a recommendation that doesn't even include him making a dime. Wow. If that's not a good litmus test for someone that's trustworthy what is? At no time did he bash the other company and he spoke with a lot of knowledge and common sense.
This was such a tremendous help because it allowed me to regroup and focus on the task at hand

I spoke to kelly about replacing my leech field and the extraordinary conditions with it. He gave me advice on who to contact and thoroughly explained what was involved in replacing a leech field. He was honest about not being able to do it at this time and why.so i will be calling him when ready.
Kelly was user friendly,professional and easy to work with. He responded quickly.provided resources. I feel like he did everything he could to help me.

I called Kelly because we were facing a potential problem with our current septic system related to a home remodel project. I was told by another septic technician that Kelly is the only guy he trusts to dig and install septic systems. That kind of insider information you don't ignore! Kelly was very friendly and helpful over the phone; and as it took several days for me to find out all of the information on how we needed to proceed with our project, Kelly called multiple times to follow up and check on how we were doing. I recently had to install an alternative leach field on my property. I called two local septic tank companies and asked who they might recommend. They both spoke very highly of Kel-Mac Excavation. Kelly did a great job on the project. He always showed up when he said he would and consulted with me on every step of the job. Kelly did an awesome job with my alternative septic installation. He was very professional and responsive throughout the entire project. KelMac did an excellent job of repairing my driveway after it was destroyed during the June 16, 2017 monsoon storm and subsequent ones. He did a thorough assessment, corrected run-off issues, and put new gravel on the road. Kelly is punctual, skilled, and ethical. He did the work exactly as he said he would do it. I agree with one of the other reviewers: Kelly's also a nice guy and easy to work with.
