Do not recommend this company. Their “master mechanic” came to fix our heater, claimed they did, and the next day it was out again. When I called I was talked down to like a child, or maybe just because I’m a woman. I was scolded for waiting a couple of days to call. Another technician came back and “fixed” it again, you know after charging another absurd amount of money, claiming that the first tech didn’t replace something he should have, and yet again it’s not working. We woke up to our home being freezing. I won’t dare call again and be talked down to or waste more money. Save

And with this said if there is something they are not certain of there isn't any deceit - they acknowledge they may not know the exact answer and then they go about researching to find a solution. I have complete confidence each time I find myself in need of their services; there is much to be said for this in the world we all find ourselves living in.

I called U.S. Mechanical with questions and concerns of a burnt plastic smell in my home. The tech (Rob) called me within a few minutes to discuss and answer my questions. He was then able to come out to my home within 30 mins! Rob quickly found the issue and repaired what was needed. Very knowledgeable, professional and nice. Made sure I understood everything and felt safe. Wasn't the typical "pushy salesman" just voiced his recommendations and left me with a lot of great information to make a decision with my husband. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them for any future

Rob from U.S. Mechanical did an awesome job getting our A/C unit to run properly. We used two previous companies last summer that kept charging us for multiple things but not fixing the issue. Rob, explained everything he was doing and kept us informed of the progress. Good service from a fellow servicemen and former Marine!

The technician Rob was friendly, courteous, and very informative. He kept me updated on everything he was doing and made sure I understood what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost before he did it. He didn't push me or try to convince me of any repairs or replacements. He gave me the necessary information I needed to make an informed decision. He was very honest and thorough. I really appreciated his help in cleaning, servicing and certifying our furnace and ac units in preparation of selling our home. I highly recommend them!
