After having a different company come out and mess things up worse, my realtor was able to find the information for 5 Star Quality HVAC who had originally installed our furnace in July of last year. Not only did Jeff come out right away, he fixed the wire that blew while the other guy was messing with it and somehow got our heat to work again. He had it figured out in no time, where as the other person that was here seemed clueless. I will highly recommend this company and use them for the remainder of the time we live in their service area.

My A/C stopped working during a 100 degree heatwave. Everyone I called wouldn’t come out for 3 - 4 weeks! Called 5 Star and they took care of me the next day, never tried to up sell me, and did quick, honest work and charged me a fair and reasonable price!

My AC went out last summer, after calling 5 Star from a friends referral they came out same day and replaced a part in the unit at a fair price, we were back to having AC in the dead of summer very quickly.

We had a different contractor recommend thousands of dollars of work that five star did for free. Our water pressure was too high and a different contractor said we needed to replace our pressure regulator. 5 star just adjusted the setting and it has worked fine. They always are honest with us and tell us even when we don't need to do anything. They've blown out our sprinklers. Clean air ducts. They've done about everything and we've always been very happy with him.

At about 10 years old our AC was starting to fade. 5 Star provided quick and quality service. Instead of recommending we purchase an entire new unit, which is typical of the big name companies, they diagnosed our issue and provided repair, saving us thousands of dollars. So far all is working well, and we expect to get many more years out of our HVAC system.

SUPERB experience! From my initial call my interaction with this company was great. Even though they were fully booked, they made time after hours to come and take care of a pressing issue I had. The work was top notch, the customer service was excellent and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company. What a wonderful and knowledgeable pair! I called and requested a replacement HVAC system. Not only were they incredibly helpful and flexible on their schedules, they also did great work! I am more than satisfied with the work performed, and they have a customer for life! Beyond affordable, and beyond expectations!
