There are Rebate Programs being offered at this time to encourage the use of energy saving measures. I needed to have my ~15yo "hardware store brand" swamp cooler replaced and had done some research beforehand......desiring either a BreezAir or an AeroCool unit. Got a referral to one guy who provided lowball quote that cut every corner possible. Then got another quote from one of the larger companies in town....who came in at triple what it should cost. Then I showed them the Metro Heating and Cooling website....which had all the prices listed. So I called Metro and was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! Cindy Scheduled and Morris came out to explain everything about the BreezAir unit.....and

I chose Metro Heating and Cooling to replace my old Rotobelt Swamp cooler. Sure, I was a bit concerned about the price of a new Breezair. It's pricey! Morris is truly a perfectionist. The work they did for us was professional and the attention to detail was above what I expected. 90 degrees today and the Breezair kept the house at 68! The work that they do is difficult-it really is. I highly recommend!

One of the best things we've done for our house (1400 square foot ranch with mostly-finished 1400 square foot basement) is having this firm sell us and install a high-end swamp cooler and then service it on a bi-annual basis. The day that Morris's team dragged our old cooler away and put the new one in, it was borderline too-hot for them to work up there. But they did a fantastic job, they are courteous, and they are knowledgeable. Everything is working great 3 or 4 years later, and we pay much less to cool our home compared to comparable homes with central air. All homes are different

Metro Heating and Cooling installed our swamp cooler about three years ago. We got quite a few bids for a strange installation. Morris was the only one who came up with a plausible explanation for why it was the way it was -- and how we could make it normal! :) Their work was clean and thorough, the price was excellent. We've used them to start up and shut down our system ever since -- they are honest, on time, professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

After doing LOTS of research and having four different contractors come to bid an install for a new evaporative cooler, we went with Metro HVAC and I was really happy we did. Morris came to our house to scope out the installation logistics and explained all the options and challenges associated with our unique install. He even came out a second time while our roof was being replaced to get a better look at the install location. Bought a swamp cooler from them. One of the best sales jobs I've had. Very thorough, the owner comes to your house and explains your options. The prices are clearly posted on their website, one reason why I bought from them. Professional, quick install, with a complete explanation of the unit. Promptly rectified the problems with the unit. Highly recommended.
