We used Red's to install a mini-split system in our attic. Joe and his team are great. They did a thorough job, and made sure that they were neat while going about their work. We had a few issues after installation, but Joe called back immediately and came out within a day to address them. Would definitely recommend them.

They've been completely unresponsive when called within the warranty period. My property manager and I have been calling and emailing for weeks to have them see why their brand new compressor that they installed in my unit failed. Not a single response. Highly advise not wasting your money with this company unless you want to end up with a ton of headaches and empty pockets.

Spent several thousand dollars for them to repair my a/c a little over a year ago. Supposed to have a parts and labor warranty. Low and behold, a/c breaks again and they won't respond to phone calls from me or my property manager. How do you say you will stand by your work and then not even bother to follow up? We've been calling for 2 weeks. If you're looking for a reliable company, I wouldn't recommend this one.

We live in an older home that had a very old water heater, old and improperly installed/poorly maintained furnace, shoddy duct work, and a number of other issues. After extensively vetting multiple HVAC/Plumbing professionals in the Denver area when our water heater decided to fail, we ultimately decided to work with Joe and his team at Red’s Heating and Cooling to install a tankless system. This review is a bit late, but, I finally have the time to write a thoughtful review. This past winter we had an issue with our furnace. After doing our research, we went with a fairly reputable company. The tech they sent was fairly new to the business, which was okay, as they did a good job and the price was right. We did feel that the company was pushing us to lease a new furnace and it turned us off. We also knew we were due for a cleaning at the time of the repair we had done, but just did not want to go with the company again. I did more research and found Red's Heating & Cooling. After reading
