DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS.
Zero accountability from construction manager from the beginning of the build. Poor craftsmanship all around. There is no quality control (at least not this subdivision - Lonestar Heights, Mansfield)
Example: Toilet installed crooked, so we asked to be repaired/adjusted. Response was "we can't fix it, that's normal"
Warranty is poorly managed (or at all). You submit a request via website and it goes to a black hole. No one is keeping track of anything. People show up for repairs without calling ahead. Zero ownership and no one is held accountable for the quality

Very nice and helpful up until we signed a contract. After that it was always super hard to get ahold of anyone or get anything accomplished. We tried to execute a change order and we're denied the option... in OUR home that we were building for OUR family. We were trying to PAY these people for a change, that BTW was done in another house 2 doors down and they wouldn't allow it. We also were not shown SO many options when we were choosing all of our designs. Felt like we really missed out on a lot of things. We chose the gray stone, and the stone we actually received was brown and rust

First of all we been in our home since October 2020 our experience was pretty good .However, ever we did have some issues with a couple of things first we didn’t know that gutters wasn’t apart of the structure of the homes out here in Texas . And we wasn’t told that during the building process. Now when it rains our front lawn floods with water. I also walked the neighborhood and look at other homes that does have gutters . Although the styles of the homes are different in some cases , the majority of the home don’t have gutters. But the completion looks a lot better than mine . Our porch

Signed my contract on June 14th 2020 and was told it would take 6 months but we are now going on 9 months, and still waiting on my house to be finished. Original close date was supposed to be Jan 29, Then it was pushed back to Feb 12, then March 12th. And now March 26th. Our Construction Manager is very disorganized and doesn't even know what house he's talking about half the time when I call for updates. Or hell just ignore us and not respond. We check on our house almost daily and he will try to lie to us about waiting for certain things that have been siting in our house for weeks. Overall this

There’s absolutely no quality and these homes are over priced. Build with American Legend or Highland Homes. This company needs to invest in the customer and not their pockets. The homes offer plastic looking cabinets and floors not to mention the lowest grade of granite. They still use the old drainage systems to relieve your gutters so water is all over the yards. Quality home builders run the drainage in the ground. It’s 2020, not 1990.

We closed on our Bloomfield Home July 25, 2019 and have endured a far from pleasant experience. We love the neighborhood and neighbors, but since the day we closed there have been non-stop issues with the home. The first time we saw the home the outside AC unit shook uncontrollably and made a loud pop when it came on. We were told by Jeff Gibson that it would be replaced. Instead, a hard-start was placed on both units; which the repairman was against. Both units still shake and pop. We have 2 AC units that they put a band-aid on. They're also right outside our bedroom window, which is just lovely

I currently live in Fox Glen Village in Mansfield, TX. This builder does a terrible job with the driveways. There is over half of the homes in this community that have fallen, uneven sections and also have dropped, cracked sections of concrete. The builder also ran the sewer lines underneath the driveways so the dropped sections are putting pressure and stress on this piping. This is a huge safety issue associated with the cheaply made driveway causing trip and fall hazards. My daughter boke her foot on this driveway and many have nearly fallen. Bloomfield homes not much help with getting my issues

My husband and I viewed the model homes in Mesquite on 8/19/2020. We had the most uncomfortable experience and definitely will not consider purchasing from Bloomfield homes. We arrived at 6:40 (close to closing time). We were half greeted by a lady who stated she was the assistant. We eventually learned her name was Kimberly due to me introducing my husband and myself. Kimberly did not show us the home nor did she offer any information unless we asked questions. I also had to ask to leave my information for someone to reach out to us. My husband jokingly stated “ Kimberly is ready to go home

Wanted to give a shout out to Bill Cook with Bloomfield Homes for quickly and efficiently resolving an issue with our stonework. We submitted a warranty request online at Bloomfield's website and received a call from Bill who came over to inspect the issue himself. Bill then set up a mason and a roofer to resolve the issues. He keep us in the loop during the whole process and it was much faster than we anticipated. Thanks again Bill and Bloomfield Homes!

I should have listened to the reviews! All I can say is make sure you are really thorough when looking at your wood floors before you buy! We noticed a perfectly round bucket ring on our wood floor along with some other staining streaks and a couple cracked wood planks that needed to be replaced. We notified the home warranty representative and he sent someone to my house who told my husband that in order to fix the streaks, they would have to sand down the entire wood floor in our house and do it all over again so that the floor color would be even throughout the house. They ended up doing patch

We recently purchased a Bloomfield home in Paloma Creek. Leslie Tyson was a wonderful salesperson and Linda was super patient and helpful as we debated over our color selections. As is turns out, we ended up switching homes (another Bloomfield) at the last minute, but could not be happier with our new home. The whole experience was great, from the beginning to end. Leslie always made time for us, no matter how busy she was, and was prompt to accommodate our wishes, no matter how small. The builder, Bill Cook, accompanied us on our walkthrough and was looking as carefully for items that needed attending

Bloomfield built a beautiful product at Prairie View Farms in Argyle, but I would NOT recommend them. Their salesperson was unprofessional - when the wrong wood floors were installed, she made excuses and actually rolled her eyes at my husband. I'm sorry, if you promise wide planks, narrow ones are NOT THE SAME THING.
We had a contingent contract, based on our 5 bedroom house selling in the summer. In May, she abruptly cancelled our contract, yanking the rug out from under us, causing us terrible stress. To add insult to injury, they listed "our" home - that we'd spent HOURS making all the selections

I bought a home at their Crowley (Edgewood) location and we have had several issues with our home. We love the area and we loved our home until we saw cracks in the walls and light fixtures not working. We decided to have a full inspection done to the home in which the results were not good. The inspector found foundation problems and problems with our plumbing. We have tried to contact them to get these things fixed. I have sent several emails and no response. Their maintenance and warranty departments are not helpful at all. I have to had to send multiple emails before I get any responses

Bloomfiled makes Beautiful looking houses, thats no questions. But once you move into the house the nightmare begins. They rushed finishing our house by the time line THEY gave us. We had cracked titles. Which where replaced in a timely manner BUT they used the wrong grout color! Our air conditioner was never hooked up to drain into anything, So water was pouring into OUR WALL! It took over 3 weeks for them to fix it and we are still waiting on the painters to come out to finish. There was a large hole in my kitchen wall for over two weeks, because of this. On top of it all they tried to

We have had 4 houses built, and by far, this is the worst builder we have ever used. We would NEVER buy from Bloomfield Homes again. This was the worst mistake of our lives!!!!!!! I could write a book on all the things they did wrong when building our house. Their houses are beautiful, but the contractors they use to build the house are WAY WAY WAY below par. The quality of workmanship is the worst we have ever dealt with. I would not recommend Bloomfield Homes to ANYONE!!!!! I would do my research before ever thinking about buying from these guys.
