Todd is very knowledgeable and loves to educate on fireplace safety and efficiency. He installed a wood insert for us and did an amazing job in a very timely manner. He always responds to questions we have and makes sure that we are always 100% satisfied. We feel that the pricing was competitive and totally worth it for the thorough job performed. He is definitely our fireplace guy now!! Couldn’t be more pleased!

We were in a horrible situation and had no idea what to do. We found Todd's number on the internet on a Saturday late afternoon and called him. We explained the situation and he agreed to come give us a quote on a Sunday morning at 9am. He was right on time and was very helpful!! We got the job done. I would recommend him to anyone!! Todd is very responsive to the needs of his customers. We had neglected our dryer vent and our dryer would barely function. I called Todd and he made the time to come out that day and clean out our vent. (I know that can't happen every time, but it worked out this time). He was very considerate, putting down a cloth, cleaning up any mess and putting our appliances back in place. I am happy to have found a reliable vent cleaner (and fireplace cleaner if the need arises). Thank you very much Todd!

Todd was very detailed and professional with his work. He not only cleaned my chimney, but also educated me on how to maintain and keep it clean.
Todd asked about my dryer and I told him I’ve cleaned the lint out, but it’s still taking 2 cycles to dry the clothes. After going in my basement & looking at the vents he spotted the problem right away. Long story short, he re-routed the vent and now the dryer is rocking and rolling in high gear!!
Todd was very particular in his work, and he acted like he was working on his own house. Greatly Appreciated and and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer him
