This review is for customer service and the handling of the extensive interior and exterior work that needs done on the chimney of my recently sold home. Per the buyer-seller agreement, we had to get some work done on our chimney. I didn't realize how busy chimney contractors were this time of year, but Cindi articulated and handled the whole process accurately and efficiently. I was also very please with the inspectors as I found them clean and professional and they answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Thanks, Chimney 1!
