A failed Leach Field Area, or Soils Treatment Area (STA) is never any fun. It creates a mess inside and outside of the house, not to mention the health concerns and the cost of replacement. With that in mind, we want to build the correct system the 1st time. Every County requires a Soils Classification test in the proposed Soils Treatment Area.
We begin by searching through permits & records to find what information is available for the property. This includes reviewing neighboring surveys, soil maps, & aerial photos. The gathering of data prior to meeting our client on site ensures that our designers are informed about your property's history and unique soil characteristics.
A belly in a line is typically caused from settling or uncompacted soil upon installation. A belly in a line and slow the flow of liquids and solids into the tank and cause a build-up over time. We can repair the section with the belly using schedule 40 pipe to ensure it does not return. A settling outlet line will cause problems with the system.
I started TBC after a 20 year career in 'Corporate America' where I was a Vice President in charge of hundreds of employees; and oversee top-line revenue budgets in excess of $125 million. Time after time I found myself wanting to be more entrepreneurial then perhaps I should be. After all, they weren't my companies.

Clint spent a few minutes with me on the phone going over a number of details, and as he promised he emailed me back the same evening. I had an estimate by the next morning.
Their estimate was not the cheapest one I got, it was about $1,000 more than the lowest bidder.
But I needed this project done in a hurry, done on time, and done right. My closing date was two weeks away. The other companies that bid on the project both stood me up the

I had a tank and the leach field replaced. Both failed completely after 47 years. Clint was the only contractor to actually look at my home before giving me a bid. A third party designed the system prior to me calling TBC, I found out after getting the system engineered that TBC could have done that also. I wish I had known that. TBC showed up on time the day we had planned to start and was finished when he said he would be done. I am a licensed Tri-County septic installer. Due to building location, services and road modifications on our personal property we had to abandon our previous septic design and start from scratch. We talked to all the septic designers and installers in Douglas County. TBC was a one stop shop. They took our previous soils reports, septic design and reworked it. We got a great design and installation way faster than I could have done it myself. Their quote to install process was way more streamlined than the others. So why did a septic installer hire someone else? We are actively/physically building

TBC Septic was fantastic. Clint and his group went the extra mile to ensure my septic system was coordinated with other utilities, and met my needs for desired location. My site has a lot of rock, and Clint made an effort to avoid the rock to keep cost within budget. Also, he helped backfill my electrical trench, as well as trench out my water line. I needed this done to avoid a delay in my schedule as my excavator went MIA. I highly recommend using TBC Septic.
