Technology advancements have made septic systems last up to decades longer than previous designs. Many engineers still design older systems that fail more quickly. I was extremely impressed with the work performed today. Josiah was an expert operating the backhoe, and was able to maneuver through the tight space without damaging the fence or surrounding areas. Both Josiah and Jacob worked very hard all day in order to finish before the snow began this evening. I greatly appreciate all of the John Todd team's efforts to get this job completed, as I am tired of the flooding in my basement!

Septic system was designed, approved, and permitted well before our home design was complete. The house construction was delayed almost a year and Summer kept in touch to monitor our progress. When the general contractor called to schedule the septic installation, Jack met the GC and the plumber that Friday, suggested a significant change to how the waste plumbing could leave the house to make plumber's job easier but would necessitate a complete relocation of the septic system. By the following Friday, the relocated septic system was installed, inspected and permit closed. Every single person

I was extremely impressed with John Todd Co from the moment that they came out to help sort out our 100 year old septic system, through the entire replacement process start to finish. Everyone that I worked with in the office and on site was a top notch professional. I hired them for full service for the replacement: From inspection, to engineering, to permitting, to pumping, to excavation, and installation. I honestly do not believe that you can find a company that can serve you better in terms of making the whole process as fast and stress free as possible, at an extremely competitive price!

We are selling our home, and needed a septic line repair quickly! Todd Co was extremely fast and efficient with getting us the repairs we needed, and obtaining the use permit in record time! Extremely satisfied. We've used them in the past, and if we weren't moving, we'd continue to use them.

As a Realtor, I needed to get the septic pumped, inspected and a use permit issued in a fairly short time frame. This was in March of this year. I don't list a lot of rural properties so working with Srna proved to be a life saver. She walked me through the process and also worked with the county to get the Use Permit. Not being sure we would get it time, she offered to write a letter to the lender stating sewer was up to Elbert County and that we had applied for the Use Permit. Ended up not needing that because we had the Use Permit back in record time. She is a terrific representative of the

Fantastic to work with! We purchased a home that needed a new septic system. Jack and Summer designed the system then redesigned it when we found we could move it to the other side of the house. They handled everything, it was easy and effortless on our part. We worked with a plethora of subcontractors on this project and John Todd Co was superior by far. They showed up as scheduled, completed the project on time and were a pleasure to work with. A+++++++++++

Very easy to work with. I know nothing about septic tanks and leech fields, and I thought I had a major problem at my house. They came out and fixed all of my problems for under $150. They could have charged me 10x that much, and I would have gladly paid. Thank God for family businesses with integrity.

As a Land Broker, I often buy or sell land with septic systems or in need of new septic systems. Todd and Company has the experience and expertise to handle the most challenging projects. Yes they can! In addition to the physical challenges, there are many administrative issues far beyond the average person's ability to handle. Todd and Company are fully familiar with the regulations and requirements necessary to overcome the hurdles. I highly recommend them.

My experience with this family owned and operated local company could not have been better. Every person in the chain was friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely professional--I got to know them by name and they were so personable!!!! I live in a remote area with difficult accessibility. Two companies turned me down due to location, but John Todd was able to service the location. My neighbors also use this company and have been very pleased. I am aware of a negative review from 2014 but I did not have any experience even remotely like this. Everything was top notch. This is an unpaid review and

Lazy, lazy, lazy! Prior to buying a house in Littleton, the inspection showed that the septic tank had to be replaced. The owner used Jack Todd and his team for the work as they were most likely the lowest bidder. The team showed up a week late, dug a hole in the backyard and took a week to replace the old septic with the new. I had to call and convince them that the monitoring system that stuck 1.5 feet above the ground would not be acceptable in the spot they initially chose in the middle of my backyard. Afterwards they took the old septic tank that was made of concrete and instead of taking
