I hired this company to pump the septic tank at my home and they were fantastic from start to finish. The person I talked with on the phone was very helpful and explained everything to me. I made an appointment and the guys showed up right on time and they were awesome. They knew what they were doing and took the time to explain everything to me. Great company.

I can not recommend using this company. It all started with scheduling. When I called, the woman said she would call me right back. After 2 days I called them, and she did apologize. So ok, things happen. Once scheduling was done and a date set she said that if it snows that they can not pump because they need to drive on my grass. 5 days before the appointment it did snow, but by the time my appointment date came the snow had cleared and ground was dry. I came home to find at that they never showed up. I waited a day or two for evergreen septic to call me and reschedule, that never happened. I

My septic pumping appointment was cancelled 3 times. Each time I had to call and find this information out since the company did not inform me. The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude, particularly the day of the third cancellation. She implied that I need to do a better job scheduling my appointment (I'm not sure what that means...). My recommendation would be to find another company for your septic pumping needs as this company is extremely unprofessional and their customer service is beyond terrible. If I could give zero stars I would but that is not an option.

If I could give them a negative number. I hired Evergreen Septic to come over and pump out my septic tank. Shortly upon arrival the owner of the company who was driving the truck didn't put the emergency break on and the truck ran into my house causing damage. I watched this all happen in disbelief as I just installed a brand new garage door 2 months ago. The owner stepped out of the truck, talked to me about how this will only be his second insurance claim in the history of his company, told me about his bad day and then stated all he could look forward was all you can eat lobster and crab at

Evergreen Septic came out to my house today for a septic pump and inspection. Violet and John were super cool and it turned out to be really fun. We found the lids to the septic and they dug them out. They even let me look down into the tanks and help clear some of the area around the lids. Super fun, and not as smelly as I expected. Violet checked the baffles and made sure everything was working properly and John pumped out all 3 tanks no problem. Then Violet hooked me up with some sweet new concrete lids for my tanks. These aren't the cheapo plastic lids either, these are 3" thick concrete wheels
