Clean USA was very professional and understanding. I found them through Home Advisor, and an automatic text was sent to me the second I requested contact. I responded and said I was available for a call right then and Justin in the office called me within minutes. He was friendly (but not overly or fake) and was great about answering my questions. He scheduled someone to go to my house the next day to give me an estimate, but was kind enough to give me a ballpark estimate over the phone so I would have a rough idea. Wonderful service. This is our second time using them. Justin and Jose were very professional. All carpet spots were treated and there was no sign of where the spot was after they were finished. Our couch and two recliners also looked like new. They took our area rug with them to clean off-site and delivered it back to me in a very short time. It looked fantastic. Jose was great. Friendly and caring. Carpet was a still bit damp in the lower lever and they came back to check it. They left me their fans over the weekend to dry and Jim the President followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied.

This company did come, and do a decent job on my carpet. Too bad they have really bad customer service skills. I had received a card in my mail saying "we miss you, have a free room of carpet cleaning on us" I told my husband about it and we discussed having several rooms done. When I called to redeem the free room, the receptionist said my free room wasn't valid. At this point I had not told her about the other rooms we wanted done. When I asked why they would send me a card saying " we miss you have a free room" and then not give it to us she said people "like me

I would not use this service again .Way overpriced. Very poor job.. I had to have the work redone by another I was subbed out to somebody else. My carpet was returned in worse condition than it than it was when it was taken to be cleaned it was returned wet and stinky the sub did not move the furniture when he cleaned leaving water under it. how do you put antimicrobial spray on a floor when you don't move the furniture. I payed $1000 for the use of a dehumidifier, a fan, an uncleaned carpet a bad mop job and maybe some antimicrobial app.on part of the floor..
