We could not be happier with the work from A To Z Airflow.  To begin with, Darren, Joe and Nick were great about communicating.  I believe that Daren, in particular, is gifted in his interpersonal skills.  He was thorough and detailed at communicating details about what needed to be done and why.  He gave us lots of options to manage cost and he was extremely clear about what the pricing was in advance.  In addition to that, he is personable, friendly and really a delight to work with.

Well, to be honest Daren did find what was wrong with the A/C. The first thing that he needed to test was the compressor. I had to pay $35 extra for the diagnostic because of the extra minute it took to remove six screws to get access to the compressor. I ended up paying $170 to "cover his expenses". And he doesn't subtract the cost of the diagnostic from the repair as others do. Just be aware.

Legit! I called A to Z to see about my central air blowing slow, and Darren gave me enough info over the phone to try without having to pay a tech to come out. I love businesses that won't charge you for things you can do yourself. If it ends up it is an issue I can't fix or figure out A to Z will be the guys I call from here on out, and I be willing to pay because I know they could have taken advantage and sent someone, and charged me for nothing, but they didn't. Seems like a stand-up company!

We needed our attic cleaned and insulated, so we shopped around for a few places. We ended up choosing A to Z. And we are so glad that we did!

Yosef was very professional and easy to work with. We had some scheduling conflicts in the beginning, but he was able to accommodate, going above and beyond to meet our scheduling needs.

This company is a big rip off, they were able to come on time but had no idea how to even fix our ice machine. He estimated a huge amount of money for us to pay which is just as much as we would pay for a brand new ice maker, he only checked it and did not put any effort into try and fix it. He just wanted the $110 for ONLY SHOWING UP to our restaurant. What do you think this is? A meet and greet? No I don't think so! So watch out because this company is a waste of your time. This company doesn't even deserve this one star it deserves 0.

Had a problem with the furnace Darren came out did a great job all fixed. Would definitely recommend hm.

Never doing business with this company ever. Made an an appt on Wed, didnt show up and didn't bother to call. Called Darren to see what happened and he said he won't make it but will come by the next day around 11, and assured me he'll come for sure. Never came and never called AGAIN.

To begin, this review is based on the pricing policy Darren uses. He charges $125 just to show up. If he does any work it will cost you a minimum of $325, no matter how minor the issue.

In my case, the two year old condenser fan stop working. A simple google search tells me it's probably one of two items, a fan motor which retails for under $100 or a capacitor which retails for under $50. Darren quickly and properly diagnosed the issue as a faulty capacitor, the cheaper of the two parts. So far so good.

Darren claimed the part was more expensive than it was. I found the exact make and model

Called early in the morning and Darren answered and I told him what my problem was. HVAC Blower in furnace stops working after 5 minutes or so. He actually was on his way out when I called but fortunately I live in the same city as he did and he was able to accommodate me first thing.

A to Z was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. With the symptoms I described, He was able to quickly diagnose and fix my problem very quickly. I was up and running in no time. He also gave me tips on how to maintain my HVAC Furnace to avoid future problems. Darren provides excellent customer service

I was having issues with my AC today and Thank goodness for yelp I found this company close to home. the service supervisor came to my house the same day and inspected my AC and fixed the problem. Darren provided us with great customer service.

The quality of work and price that I received from this company it's amazing.
After he explain what was wrong with my unit he also Took the time educate me in how to take better care of the unit to extend the life of the equipment.



The price was fair and honest the quality of work was excellent and the customer service friendly and trustworthy.

Called and went straight to a voicemail. It's been a week and still no call back. Guess they don't need my business.

The guy was late. And he did NOT honor the coupon on Yelp for $150 for $100. His reasoning was because I did not tell him I was using a coupon before the service. Strange reasoning because no where does it say that I need to inform him that I am using a coupon to pay. I could understand that some coupons do not work on certain days or certain services, but his reasoning was because I didn't tell him I was using the coupon. I was telling him right then that I am going to use the coupon. Why have a coupon if you do not allow patrons to use it, seems like a shady marketing scheme? That

My furnace is nearly 30 years old. We recently listed our condo for sale and our agent
said we need to fix the heating system before we eventually close escrow or give the
buyer an allowance. Darren, the service tech, was sent to our home and checked the
heater. After he found the problem he recommended replacing the electric furnace due to the age of the system. Once I told him the home is up for sale, he offered a repair option that would solve the problem. He practically rebuilt our heater and serviced the Air conditioner too. He had to come back with the parts a couple of days later, but

This company repaired the air conditioner at my office during the summer, so I called them again for my much needed heater repair at my home. The furnace in our house was serviced by another company last winter, but when the cold weather started, our heating system was down again. The tech from A to Z found a partially blocked vent pipe and in less than 30 minutes, our heater was repaired. Great service!

I haven't used my central air conditioning/heating for a while. The weather has been extremely hot, I decided to turn it on but It didn't work. I immediately tried to find any air conditioning/heating companies that would come right away to fix it. I was able to A to Z Airflow, INC, on the yellowpages.com with a 5 star rating. When I called at 4:30pm the technician he was working in Montebello, he said he will be finishing soon and can get to my house by 5:30pm. The technician arrived promptly and explained to me with the problem and was able to repair quickly with a very reasonable

My family needed Air Conditioning service during the recent heat wave. My husband saw A to Z Airflow working at one of our neighbor's home and asked the service tech to check our system if he had time. He did...and our system was running and cooling great in less than an hour. The repair was quick and affordable.
