Critical: Professionalism
This company is not professional. They are not on time. I had an appointment scheduled for 10am Saturday and Raul didn’t show up until 2pm. He made excuses so I believed them. He fixed my dryer however now it doesn’t heat up.I called him and said he would come around 4-5pm yesterday Monday and still hasn’t came.

I am fairly new to the area, so when my washing machine decided to break down on us and flood our garage, I had no idea where to go, one of my close friends recommended RKD Appliances to me since he has been using their services for years and spoke very highly about them. I gave RKD a call and was delighted when Raul said he could come out that same day.
